Strip Clubs in Guam

I was stationed in Guam for 2 years, and while not a serious aficionado of clubs at that point - I did learn enough about them to share some of my experience.

First, Guam is a tiny island in the South Pacific. It is slightly above Queensland, Australia, and is one of the Marianas Islands. It was one of the many Islands that WWII battles took place on, and vestiges of this can still be found in the jungles. The last Japanese soldier was found on this Island in the 70's - he didn't know the war was over!

Besides the world famous diving, and being the first place that the sun rises on in the United States, Guam is also a major tourist trap for Japanese businessmen, and a stopping point for Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen, and Marines while on deployment. It doesn't have a bunch of strip clubs, but the few that is has are pretty astounding.

The best one I have experienced (it has been a couple of years) is Club Viking. It is close to Tumon (the main party strip, and hotel area on the Island). Many of the dancers on the Island are imported. I would say at least half are brought it from strip clubs in the US - many from Portland Oregon. The others are imported from various regions - Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam, Russia, Ukraine - a very nice mix for every taste.

That was what was great about Club Viking. It had a great mix of girls. I will always remember this peppy little Ukrainian girl - tiny, petite little figure, and a killer smile. Or that tiny Thai girl who was so demure.

The girls in Viking seem to sway towards the petite, firm, and natural - totally my type. If you are looking for tupperware bolt-ons, try Club USA.

I have one warning about the Viking (and the other clubs maybe similar). If you are invited onstage, politely walk away, unless you enjoy getting your pants pulled down, your undies mercilessly ripped off, and getting spanked with your own belt until you half red welts! Some of my friends urged me to go onstage when I was FOB (fresh off the boat) on the island. Needless to say, I didn't think it was as big of an honor after it was all over!

Guam is one of those pearls that I will cherish for life. I am now spoiled to ever dive anywhere else, and miss the eternal summer and occasional Typhoon Party!

Cheers!

A dancer at a local club was supposedly going to Guam this summer to work at a strip club. Not sure which one. I have not seen her since, so don't know how things worked out.

I hear the clubs in Guam let in American servicemen for free, while they charge the Jap businessmen outrageous cover charges. Makes sense considering the Japs murdered 10% of the population during World War II.

I used to have responsibility for OCONUS sales to the DoD and military in both AsiaPac and Europe and while the kick off point for the 3-4 week tour of the region was typically Hawaii, Guam was always my first stop. I had many a good night hanging out at the clubs on Guam with buddy's from Andersen AFB and NAS Agana. As Alkaholik points out the talent there was very diverse and and always friendly to Americans.
