It's hard to believe that the city of Las Vegas allows this club to even stay open. Its policies harken back to the days when the town was well-know for its rip-offs and scams. The Can Can Room is a throwback: how can we get our hands onto the customer's wallets without providing anything in return? That's the key underlying principle behind their business. I tried it out many years ago and the main thing I remember is that no one would give me change for a $20 dollar bill so that I could come up with money for the cigarette machine. They didn't give change. That's what I was told. Not making it up. Good luck.
