I've been going to PIAS's off and on for the past twenty years. Nothing has changed with the physical layout, but I'll go over the basics since most reviewers don't give much detail in this regard. There's ample paved parking on the south and east sides of the building. Upon entering you'll get stopped for a security check (think "assume the position" with arms out and legs spread) and usually a photo ID check. There's no cover during the day, which is when I've always been there over the years. My beer is $7, but comped if playing their bartop video poker.

The DJ is immediately to the left as you enter, then along the south wall there are 6-7 "cubby hole" (tables with half circle sofa-type seating), then the smallish stage for dances, then the bathroom (acceptable and clean) to the back, and finally a long bar (with bartop video poker) on the right side. Dances are $20/song with limited contact. Many of the customers during the daytime are regulars who come for the VP, and they socialize with the dancers but rarely seem to get dances.

I played some VP and later agreed to a dance with one of the 40-ish (to be generous) busty but thick dancers. It was still early afternoon, so the majority of dancers who seem to arrive about 2:00 weren't yet there. There were two caucasion MILF type dancers, one Latina, and one mixed race. Not a great selection, with that gals ranging from 4-6 on the stripper scale, I would estimate. My schedule required me to be elsewhere by mid-afternoon, so I didn't get to hang around very long.
