Why bother with other strip clubs?

Las Vegas is, of course, associated with high-end strip clubs decked out in the style of leatherclad cigar bars or modern sports bars - not unlike the restaurants and lounges in casinos. Chicas is completely unlike those places, which is why I would never go anywhere else in Las Vegas. Cover was $10 and, if you get in before 11, even on a weekend, you'll have plenty of room to stretch out. I have also visited when it is standing room only and, while enjoyable, that is a very different experience. On my last visit, I arrived around 10 p.m. with some friends and each of us had several girls approach us. A few of us speak Spanish, which was helpful as that is the lingua franca of the place. That said, if you are not un hispanohablante, you will not be held back.

The vibe is unbelievably chill - this is the first strip club where I've enjoyed the company of other patrons almost as much as the talent. If you like hip hop or reggaeton, you are in luck. I prefer to order my own drinks, but if you would rather avoid the crush of the bar, any of the girls will cheerily get you what you want. Typically only one or two girls are on stage at any given time, but plenty working the room. $10 for a lap dance on the floor, $25 for a VIP, $100 for a five-song VIP, and negotiation from there.

Note that the VIP is not private - it is a curtained-off back room where a bunch of dudes are getting dry-humped. This can be fun (or funny!) if you are with a group of buddies but, if you are shy, you might not enjoy it. The VIP room boasts excellent mileage for those who want to partake; everybody's hands will enter everybody's pants with zero effort. Be respectful, communicate clearly, and you'll have plenty of friends. Many of the girls will enlist a coworker once in the VIP room and attempt to upsell you. If like me, you prefer to appreciate one girl at a time, just politely communicate your preference or else it will be assumed you want the maximum number of girls climbing on to you at once.
