Monday night at Centerfolds

I was in the city after picking up a friend at the airport and dropping him off at his hotel. I don't normally get into SF much during the week so I thought I'd take the opportunity to try out Centerfolds on a Monday night. Biggest reason to go was the VIP specials they run on Monday, which are half price versus every other night, and I was curious to see what the talent was like during the week versus Friday/Saturday.

I've reviewed the club pretty recently so I won't bother to review that stuff now, except to say it's definitely easier to find parking in the neighborhood on a Monday night at 8PM than it is on the weekend. There were probably around 15-20 girls working that night with a decent mix of ethnicities. There was maybe 1-2 AA, 3-4 Asians, and the rest equally split between white and Latinas. In general, I'd say that the average looks that night were 1-1.5 ticks lower than the weekend crew, meaning a solid 6 average with a few more hefty fuglies and probably only 2 girls in the 8+ range at least according to my standards. The thing about strippers is that they always look better from a distance and once you see them up close it can be a bit jarring if you can tell that they're heavily made up to conceal something so choose carefully.

One nice thing is that it was generally a mellower vibe than a Friday/Saturday, which is probably to be expected. There were maybe 20-25 guys, and most looked like out of town business guys or local regulars so it was less of a party scene. The sales pitch from the girls was both more intense and more laid back. If you're in a strip club on a Monday night, you're there to get dances and are probably a guaranteed sale so if they get the hint that you're at all interested the sales pitch goes into overdrive. But with fewer girls working, they don't feel the need to hustle quite as much for every guy since it was basically a 1:1 ratio of guys to girls and the girls will take the time to sit and chat for a bit.
