Not a good club for the evening
I like Cheetah's. It's the first club I ever went to in Vegas. Unlike my other visits, though, this visit was in the evening. My girl and I went there at around 9:00 on a Saturday. After paying the $20 cover charge (each) despite driving ourselves, we then had to buy two overpriced drinks. The bottled water that I got was $8 and the cranberry vodka that my girl got was $12. A later double-shot was $24, with the waitress coldly reminding me that a 20% tip is expected.
The club itself was nice. The music was loud but not any worse than any other club. The dancers were all reasonably attractive, but that's easy enough to say when a woman's shaking her boobs in your face and pretending that you're fascinating.
The dancers were friendly enough, when they deigned to come over to us. Half of the dancers in the club were just standing around talking to each other, ignoring the customers on the floor. My girl even tried to talk to one of them, only to be told that, "I only do rooms". We wound up sitting at the rail for a while, watching a few dancers on stage. We finally saw one that we liked and asked her for a private dance. We were quoted the standard $20 / song. My girl got quite a bit more mileage that I did, as one could expect.
