Those are some “Coping” tips

* Abstain from frequent and excessive substance use.
* Make sure you rest, keep a healthy diet and exercise.
* Remind yourself that you have made it through this traumatic event and now it’s time to move on.

I recommend you see the Happiest Place on Earth as a whole new place because it keeps changing as time goes by, just like everything else in life.
We almost know that we cant say any of these tourist places are safe, not even Disneyland is safe.
When you leave the USA, remember to keep a mindset that you are not safe and when you go into a poor country dont go waving around large dollar bills to pay for things.
Don’t wear flashy clothes, don’t wear jewelry, etc.
Respect the local community, including the local criminal community of police and robbers.
Don’t get over intoxicated in alcohol or drugs.
These few rules will help keep you somewhat safe.
Behave as a respectable, respectful gentleman so you will be treated as a respected, respectable gentleman.

Since you said this is your first time keep things simple in your first visit and go with the expectation of this just being a recon/investigation/learning visit to gain information and see how things work/are, if you don’t speak Spanish fluently be prepared for “misunderstandings” real or fake; because somethings get lost in translation.
Practice using a translation app if you can to be able to communicate better.
Also again keep expectations realistic; the paid-for-sex experience can be an expensive hobby for most people.
If you daydream and think about it at work and you spend full weekends doing research you should have a good idea about it being possible but… can you really afford it?

A: I wear clean clothes that fit me well, so I am comfortable and clean.
I do Keep in mind the Russian proverb:

So, I dress accordingly for o the type of strip club:
1. Low end “dive bar” strip joint; black leather biker jacket, soft buckskin leather vest and black leather jeans, steel toe biker boots, clearly a 1%er type of attire. In real cold weather a sheepskin biker trench coat instead of the biker jacket
2. Medium tier strip club; business casual black soft wool blend slacks, button down long sleeve shirt with a silk tie if needed. In cold weather a black wool sport jacket, if raining black trench coat
3. High end gentleman club; black tie attire, without or with tie, with a long cashmere trench coat in cold weather.
Regardless of the clothing, I am always clean and comfortable and I behave like a gentleman with the ladies and gentlemen…

You can also take the Greyhound Bus from Union Station to Tijuana Central or AirPort
Or you can take the train from Union Station either the one ticket Amtrak or the regional commuter Metrolink in Los Angeles to Oceanside plus The Coaster in San Diego from Oceanside to the border
The train or bus will take you to San Diego (2.5 to 3.5 hours) to one of the Blue Line Station from where you can take the trolley to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection - San Ysidro Port of Entry (PedWest) (20-30 minutes)
In any case you might have to take a final Bus or the trolley Blue Line to PedWest. It is up to you if you want to take public transportation and make it a vacation/adventure or you like driving a rental car, the bus ticket will be $35 to $40

The other pic was taken in 1959, after she had a baby boy, according to Google; “Breasts increase two to three times in size during lactation”.
So yes they were even bigger in the 1959 picture compared to the 1957 picture and of course “they're real, and they're spectacular.”
