My experience is most girls try not to make it look obvious what they are doing ITC. I like OTC because it is typically a more relaxing time. I have found a nearby hotel with a hot tub in the room so we take our time and I don't feel rushed. I've even had a few fall asleep and we ended up spending the night together, with a nice wake-up call in the morning. Since I travel so much the room only costs me some of my hotel club points, but I have plenty. The first time I did OTC I made the mistake of not clarifying expectations before hand. She came in, and it was a wham-bam-thank you ma'am kind of thing, I felt rushed the whole time. My primary reason for doing OTC is for a relaxing time, not being on the clock.

Based on my experience there one recent night, 'fun' can be had in the VIP room, again. You just have to find the right girl. I saw one guy getting happiness, and my girl gave me a happy ending too. The trick I use is I tell them I want to do a couple of LDs first to see how far they go, I suggest an hour in the VIP room if the LDs go well. YMMV.

On a couple of occasions, I have gone into a club and literally sat there for 2 hours without having one girl, besides the waitress, approach me. I approached a few girls and they blew me off.
We are all adults, everyone knows what the rules are and why we are at the club.
By picking my times and dates to go to the clubs, I'm not trying to take advantage of the dancers, I have never asked or pushed anyone to do anything she didn't want to. I just find this makes it more likely they are willing to get off their phones and actually sit down and interact with me.

I did have one try this on me here as well but it has been a long time. Most of the time the girls I have danced with will sit until the next song starts before they start dancing. If they don't wait for the next song, that is reflected in the tip and the number of dances I take. Also, many of the girls will say something like "that's number x, do you want another?" I never let it go past two dances before I ask the count if they don't volunteer. Yes, the guy by the door does keep track of the count as well.

Clubs in Indy are closed for now. Terre Haute and Kokomo clubs are open. Masks required, limited days and hours.
