And now for a sad ending of the night. Decided I wanted one more arriba to make it three total for the day. I think for me, the negative experience of doubles in a US strip club has kind of turned me off to wanting to do doubles in TJ. In the US the double dance is often a hustle tactic by girls. The dance ends up being less hot and twice as expensive.
OP you are totally correct that if there was any feasible place to do it budget wise, it would be here.

Welp, it's 3:30am and I was trying to go for one more arriba but I kept falling asleep on the bench so fuck it, back to the room. I see what folks like Cristobal and Misterwonderful are talking about when they say HK is just too crowded on weekend nights. The talent and number of dancers is excellent but almost overwhelming. It's kind of overkill. So many dancers, and so many guys. It's simply a different interaction with the girls. It's really sped up, unlike slow daytime and weekday nights. The only guys I saw spending extended periods of time just hanging with chicas were big groups of 4 guys or more that had a bucket of beer and girls. If you're solo or even just two, girls will stop by and depending on how hot they are might hang around for a little or if they're hot then they bounce fast.
I actually spent most of the night in Chicago club. There's a dancer there named Tatianna who IMO is the finest girl in that club hands down. Took her arriba yesterday and had to do it again today. She's worth paying a room charge even though I have a room at Cascadas. There's a couple other girls in there my type also. I found Chicago club as a perfect alternative to HK while it's overbearingly packed.

Welp it's now 9:45pm and the crowd is REAL! And so is the talent! I'm seeing the most ridiculous fake asses and fake tits I've ever fucking seen in my life. Only problem is that the chicks who have them are snobby as fuck. The normal tip $1 or $2 and grope for a good while doesn't necessarily work on them. They immediately ask for arriba, without even asking your name. Then if you don't wanna go at that moment they're done. It's all the ridiculously stacked chicks that do it. Well, Friday at 5:30 is pretty damn packed. Not to capacity I guess, because the third floor is still pretty vacant. But the first floor looks insane. Dude I met tells me that's nothing. So I guess around 11pm it'll be shoulder to shoulder in every floor. We'll see.
Good part to it being so crowded is that the maseros don't bother you every minute. They tend to stick to the people sitting down on the first floor seats. They'll get to you on the 2nd/3rd floor before the maseros do but not with the same frequency as in the afternoon.

@Cristobal that's what I figured. Is it the same way at Chicago club? I figured if it gets too packed for me at HK I might retreat there. I liked what I saw last night and the dancer to customer ratio was excellent. I'm sure that ratio won't be as high to ight but I figure it's gotta be better than HK.
3pm and already it's a lot busier. I met a dude in HK same nationality and damn near same age. Hung out in HK for two hours till he suggested we go out for some food. He knows the ins and outs of TJ and I'm out eating with him after a taxi ride to some place. Lets hope we don't get shaken down by the cops lol.

I feel like SJG now posting in my own thread over and over. But more observations:
Daytime HK I would think is more to the liking of some of you natural body lovers. Seeing mainly slender girls, with a smattering of fake asses and fake tits. I guess the enhanced girls mainly come out at night. And there's damn near as many maseros as dancers. 2nd floor is your only way to not be asked to buy food or a drink every minute. I remember a couple girls at Gold Club Centerfolds in Sacramento telling me they commuted from the South Bay. One from Fremont, another all the way from San Jose. That's over 100 miles, 118 to be exact, one way and almost 2 hours of driving with no traffic. One of them only lasted half a year though. That's a lot of wear and tear on your car.
I imagine they made that commute because the San Jose clubs are terrible, and the SF ones aren't all that great either.

I ended up doing one of the short term rooms at Chicago. Matter of fact it was the very first room on the right as soon as you go past the cashier in the booth.
