You're one of the few reviewers to mention the black tape over the nipples -- no one else in the recent reviews has mentioned it and I was under the impression those dances were indeed fully nude for $40, but I guess not! Also, I would have had the same reaction and had it happen to me a few times in other clubs when the girls turn around facing away and do everything possible to prevent you from playing with their nipples, even though you've paid a hefty amount. Very surprised to hear the mileage is low. Last time I visited in Feb 2020 you could fondle breasts right away, and with the VIP wristband in the back even more so. Has this changed?

Let's put aside for a moment actual sexual intercourse, which is a different subject and quite risky--even if we had Europe-style brothels here in the US (a la Prague, Berlin, Hamburg, Amsterdam, etc), I wouldn't use them because they're riskier than some "softcore" activities. I'm only interested in something softcore which is safe, quick, and reliable.
When a bachelor in any other country (like Japan, Germany, Spain, Canada, you name it) gets home from work and wants some softcore sexual entertainment, he doesn't have to resort to porn on his computer, or to watching strippers while sitting on his hands. Just as an example in Canada, not only do they have full-contact strip clubs, but this is just a small sample of what's legal and available in every Canadian city -- there are thousands more:
