Back in a Good Groove

I hadn't been in CL since the total renovation - place looks fantastic! Basically same layout with the multipole center stage surrounded by a BIG bar ... which gives plenty of room for seating except on super busy nights.

I arrived in time to beat the cover and took a seat at the bar - ordered a $7 beer and pulled out some singles. It was 'late day' shift so I expected things to be slow and B-team but they clearly have added some good talent. Every one of the girls had their own 'hotness' ... sounds like a shill but I was surprised and impressed.

The tip parade is manageable - most girls don't 'insist' on multiple singles when they approach ... but it does give you a nice chance to get their attention. The first dancer that caught my attention was Charlie who was fully sexy GND material and we headed to the LD room. As per usual they scan in / out with their wrist band so the attendant keeps count. Charlie settled in to a nice private corner which gave me good hope but then she pulls the 'Dances are $20 but I need another $20 if you want to touch" ... like WTF girl? Of course I wasn't going to say 'no' - if for no other reason than curiosity and not wanting to appear like a cheap douchebag. Her $40 dance was good - very good actually and I might have tipped her $20 for the effort but I felt ripped off by her approach so it was a 1 and done.
