1 song for $30, 4 songs for $160, 30 min for $200? Somehow I'm not seeing their logic. Is the 1 song for $30 with top on or off? While I'm glad they don't do "dancer drinks" here like some of the downtown places like Goddess, $40 per topless lap means these gals better be Playboy/Penthouse quality in my book. I've not been to Score's yet but am somewhat tempted, especially if gals are amenable to GFE with Larry King clones. I'd do 30 min VIP for $200 (which is less than $10/min) if the gal were exceptional, my usual criteria for doing a room.

I park across the street at the Marriott. You pay more but get a little more piece of mind. I would never park on the street at night around there.

Pleased to hear you had a good time on a Monday night. I've never tried the place during the week (just Sundays which are dead and Saturdays where the girl-guy ratio makes it a sellers' market for simulated affection).

Decent and accurate review of the club though you visited at a much different time than I did. At night when I went, I'm sure the dancer quality is slightly better.....All in all, I find the attitudes among dancers in Tampa are less oriented to GFEs then, say, a dive-ier someplace like Baltimore (where girls "love" their regulars). It sounds like you managed to get a gal to spend a little time with you prior to the back room.

Interesting that some of these gals try for 30 per dance. It's not just MV that's like that I guess. Not sure what you consider a 6 or 7, but for $20 cover even in a nude club I expect better than what I'd find during my day visit. Yeah, guess I'm spoiled. I admit that I'd come again at night though just to sample the offerings.

Once an hour at night they do 2/$40 which is the best "value". If you have a regular, I think you can get away with a little more, but I don't care for the bouncers being everywhere. Everything else is the usual $10/minute (+/-) you find everywhere else on the E Coast.

I appreciate the detail. For someone from Northern Virginia it seems like a genuine alternative to the Baltimore or DC clubs or the one NoVa lap dance club (Paper Moon). Interesting that Taboo eventually succombed to the same issues that Vixen's had. I understand it was the same owner. Not crazy about those cover charges though - that's way more than Baltimore!

I had fun with Melissa the one time I was there, but even when Taboo was still open it looked like a 2:1 guy-girl ratio at Foxy Lady. +1 on your description of the girls based on what I saw. Melissa was the only one I liked. It appears the panhandle area is down to one "upscale" club and a few of these hole-in-the-walls. There must be a crusading sheriff or right-wing born-again God-fearing politicians running the show in Berkeley County now.

These prices are not "reasonable" by East Coast standards let alone even San Francisco standards. Anything more than $10/minute is not worth it unless it's at the very least full topless and you foul your pants.

I have no issue hearing from a dancer. If she likes the place, chances are she will provide a better experience to the customer, and certainly the gal I spent time with on Thursday in VIP was a treat, especially since "perfect 10's" who are also enjoyable company are hard to come by in less upscale towns. It did point out the reality though, which is the high end clubs in cities with high rollers will take more than their share, whether in cover charge or charges for private dances.

And don't use credit cards either for tabs. You have to negotiate with 2 or 3 people to close out. Good review - gorgeous women but too many of them oversell and underperform.

$21 for 30 min dance? Don't think so.

This club, along with Foxy Lady south of Martinsburg which I visited Saturday, are each undeniably weird, almost "David Lynch movie" weird. That said, one can have a good time at Goddess if you arrive after 11 on popular nights like Thursday and Friday. I have to imagine that if more popular places like Millstream and Fantasies are mediocre on Sunday nights, this one is probably the Twilight Zone.

+1 on Melissa. There were a couple gals who were 7 or better but she had the interpersonal skills (and sounded drop-dead country on top of it). She's been doing this for over 5 years so I'd imagine this has to pay well enough for her to cover her fuel costs back and forth.

Ladies seem to be more lean on Saturday night than you described. But little silicone compared to the big cities. A couple really gorgeous gals ruined by too many tattoos. And with one exception, very standoffish. I suppose being a regular (and/or a local) helps in this part of the universe.

I am not a fan of "the tip crawl" which also happens at Goddess, the other place with a stage in the middle of the bar. I'd rather have the gals walking around afterward. More natural, and it's easier to strike up a conversation and get a better sense of her sexiness.

Unless the gal charged extra for her sexiness, you should have only paid $30 for the dance. They do have a "VIP" area off to the side, but I think that's $200 for 20 min.

With regard to the gals, it's also whether you get to "know" them or not (usually through dances, tips, talking or whatever). The more familiar they are with you, the more mileage they might give. I am curious whether anyone was doing laps when you were there, because both times I've been there, the girl and I were the only ones in the room (downstairs). I think the clientele just doesn't spend the money.

Good observations. I can't imagine going there during the day early in the week. Even on Friday night the gals don't even dance on the stage till after 9. The place does get much better (in terms of atmosphere and dancers later (like after 10), at least from the Thursday and Friday visits I made. My main reason to go there is one particular dancer I know, but there are a couple others (not many others) you get later in the week late at night who have potential. +1 on your bartender comments. At least two of the bartenders could easily make it as dancers.

Pretty accurate. I wouldn't spend more than $50 here (or any DC club) with no lap dances. Get a couple drinks, an appetizer, and tip the gals when they give you a little sugar on stage or on the tip walk. Otherwise, meh.

Definitely some good lookers (some 9+'s), even on a Friday afternoon, though the mileage varies. I think many of the blondes don't feel they have to put out as much (at least in daytime) and pick and choose which guys they want to go with. Otherwise they just hang together.
