Rockie - I haven't given up on the place. I'll get back there if it's later in the evening. I expect the place to be dead at opening, but this was almost 2 hrs later. Illd try after 7 next time.

Loper and PL2 - any one of the factors wouldn't have dissuaded me, except for the sneezing. The prospect of sharing a close, extended session with someone makes me Covid-anxious. I don't think she was underage - I trust this particular club does due diligence. But all of the factors put together was just a blinking red light!

OWG and 59 - I kinda agree - not enough club details, etc. But I posted it just to share my experience at the place, which was a lot different than my past experience and my expected experience. Plus, sharing one of the weirder times I've had a club.

It's still there, but it's not Foxy Brockton any more. I think it's called the Boardroom now.

Mileage sounds about right, but other than that I'm with Spike - BYOB ($4 setup as I recall). No "rooms" per se, just lap dance booths - though the description of the lap dance area is accurate.

WiseToo - getting back to I-95 is pretty straightforward once you get off Harris with the speedbumps. Go to the mall and turn left. No chance of ending up in Johnston.

@willyo, for me it was exactly the right amount of fun at the moment, so you're right about one person's fun factor. I report, you decide. :-)

What could possibly go wrong? There are dancers on tuscl, and I generally enjoy their stuff. Maybe now there will be a little more of it!

People might do a fake review to keep their VIP status current so they don't have to pay a membership fee to see reviews. DS does seem to have it in for this place, though. An easy target since it's one of the most-reviewed clubs. But has DS considered how many "reverse club shill" reviews there are? I've seen a few I wonder about. And since DS's skills run in the negative direction, this might be a new rabbithole to jump down!

Having been there, the review is completely comprehensible and on point. "Stay Away!" is too short a review. Iambic pentameter would be a nice touch though. How about... "The damsels strewn about and talked to men They hailed from european lands - a half a dozen, yet they failed to raise my sword."

I thought the parking lot was fixed? I've gone to this place a bit in the past few years, and while accurate, this is a pretty generic review.

Au contraire, mon frére! Do the math... A 750ml bottle of decent whisky will be about $32 (probably a bit less, but this will make the math easy), and contain about 16 1.5 oz pours. So $2 per drink. They charge $5, which means you're getting a drink for $7. That's cheaper than any whisky drink I've had in a club. It *does* mean that I commit to going back often enough to empty the bottle, though, so I usually get 375ml bottles. :-) This is still worth it.

I always wondered what that smell was in strip clubs. (~20 years ago) Then I happened to go into a hair salon. That was it.

I remember her from a couple years ago. 56 now? I guess I believe it. But she was a great experience.
