Daily Planet, in Oakland, NJ. Place is a log cabin, literally, so far out . in the woods that a curtain divides the VIP room from the bar, but there are tall windows looking out into the woods. I'm surprised some low lifes don't hang out in the woods waiting for a show. Warning - there are ticks in the woods outside and the ground is really swampy around the back. According to a friend. lol.

Sorry, Grand, left out the $$ in error. It's $35 per "dance" to go to the back, the girls really control the timing, it isn't strictly by the music..but they can say time's up if things go too long. The rest is negotiated.

Curious, as this layout doesn't jive with the club I think of as VIPs.... and the whole push there is the new $40 VIP. Plus I've never seen an empty stage there.... What club was reviewed?

Oh, the menu's are there, alright! Try a second visit, and see if anyone recognizes you from this visit- that's the keys to the kingdom - with the right gal, of course. Can't speak for the traveling dancers from RAB.

Nope, VIP doesn't have a parking attendant, a buffet, a raised LD area......and VIP now has. well, VIP services :). This is a review of a club built from a "kit".. parts of other clubs all put together lol Parking from Sunrise, LD from Exit 11, Dancers from Clancy's haha

JimmyIN: Thanks for the review. I think you have the 2 places mixed up. BU has the "kitchen" which is a small space between the bar and the back door that could be/was a grill space for the bar. If you paid $5 to get in and there was security-ish, that was Vics.

Confused.. If i was Bottom's up, you'd know you were in a kitchen. it if was Vics, I believe the curtains are black, not red.... ??

Bouncing this back to the top with a question: I had read somewhere, some other board? That this place had gone away from being a bikini club to a more trans-friendly social-type club? A bit out of my to TOFTT recently, but may over the summer at some point just to scope it out. Used to go there a bit a few years ago when Ely ( Elliana ) bartneded / danced. Knew her from the old Rah's. Also, if anyone knows where Ely is today, that'd be awesome. MM

Hi @TFP. I just found your Northern California reviews, and I'm impressed! Sorry if my attempt at humor was confusing. BU=Bottom's Up, the club name, and if you had ever had the chance to visit this small, sad-by-SanFransico-standards club you'd have known that there are no ads or posters like for the larger / chain clubs. This is just a bar.

Wow. I'm From NYC and stumbled on this club/review following a reviewer's work. I have never heard of the situation like you described @yourfavoritebombshell. I can only imagine it makes a challenging job even more difficult sometimes. And I complain about bars taking 1/2 the per-dance fee before tips. Is this common practice on the west coast? Is this the set up for larger, more commercial clubs in NYC as well ? ( I don't venture to the bright lights too often, I prefer a bar like the fictional "Cheers", but with naked accommodating interesting women walking around.

Any experience with the dancers not watching the clock, and letting things in VIP go long? Thanks JAI0704 for the notes - might revisit since I'd written this place off the list after 2 visits of only 2 bored dancers.

Wld4: How much time do you now get per $80 dance? Does it seem there's a clock running ?

Sorry, Minnow, if the jargon got confusing. This was written, I guess, for an audience that has a longer history on TUSCL, and years in the strip club game. I'm in over 30 yrs myself. The "10 year chip" was a reference to the chip carried by AA members to denote how long they've been clean, in my usage, I was playing on that saying "I hadn't been to the kitchen for over 10 years". Make more sense now? Many other references like that. The strange spellings of dancer names were meant to represent phonetically how they say their own names. I swear I had Carla repeat hers half a dozen times..she started to get annoyed lol. Let's see: what else... Leotard being pornographic: I'll leave you to Google that on your own. Ditto ASMR. Finally, the reference to "Classic Model" was saying, kindly, that this dancer belonged to a bygone era - like a classic car. Antique. She was O-L-D. lol. I don't vote for your removal. OK, to answer the question: I don't have more experiences at the Hitch than you will find here, although the Friday am Legs n Eggs is novel enough to warrant a visit just because it's one of a kind, and who doesn't want a lapper at 8 am! As far as Jiggles goes.. the stories here are pretty accurate, albeit biased against older, plainer Brazillian close to retirement strippers. OK, maybe that's a lot of folks.. but if that sounds interesting, a full menu can be had with the right gal. They're all willing to spend time barside talking, so take advantage, and you can be pretty blunt - they've seen / done it all. If you go, one favor: If the bartender is Ely ( Eliana ) say hi from Mike, she'll likely over pour your next drink :). You're welcome. And the favor: post back and let me know. Also, a "sister" club soft of, in that most dancers have / do work both, would be 5th Avenue in Paterson- about a 5 minute drive from Jiggles. Industrial area, street parking nearby but safe enough. The owner there is Ceda, again, if you go, say hi from Ely's friend Mike. She's just become a citizen this past year - that was a party not to be missed lol.
