Very well said "Michellemarie," wherever you are. The problem is we are human, but insist on acting like animals, and that's even an insult to my very loving little Dachshund curled up next to me. Nothing wrong with selling / buying human contact, but why not maintain some ethics / decency? I always look for some connection and a nice vibe w/ dancers and always try to get some genuine laughs before pursuing contact. I want the girls to like me or be attracted to me because I enjoy it much more. But, I go to SCs to enjoy the best of women (while not having to put up with their typical flaws), not to demean, degrade or punish them, which is the MO of some men. I appreciate honesty from a dancer and respond in kind, but anything akin to bitching, venting, lying, manipulating is a turn off and something I can get from any women almost immediately for free. Interesting fact: I've never had any heavy shit dumped on me from strippers in Mexico -- and you know they have some legitimate horror stories to tell. Instead, it's always been from their American counterparts...

If there is one "profession" where it's completely appropriate to lump together into a certain type of person, me thinks it would be strippers. And that's from much experience. They all share a myriad of similar traits, experiences, motivations, and problems. Obviously not 100% are the same, but easily 90% are, which certainly warrants stereotyping. It it what it is for all you White Knights out there trying to defend these gals "honor."

Thanks for the supportive words, Toomuchcover, and yes you're correct: the U.S. clubs (even the best one here in Arizona called Bourbon Street Circus) give only a small fraction of the enjoyment (compared to TJ clubs) and charge at least 3x more for it. It's criminal.
Next time down to TJ, I think I'll cut back on the bar girls (BGs) a little, and instead, indulge in another escort and maybe a few street girls (SGs). You can find some pretty cute SGs and the best part about them is that they only cost between $30-40 USD for a 30 minute shag and an additional $5 for the hotel fee. The downside is that they tend to get more action from locals and their hotel rooms are often pretty marginal. However, the last SG I did (Claudia) actually gave me a pretty decent GFE and was enjoyable company. The interesting thing about her is that she DIDN'T have a shaved bird -- it had been a while since I had experienced a muff! As a side note, escorts range in price from $100-$120 per hour in TJ, although sometimes you can get 90 minutes for that money also. Yes, I see your point regarding the "civilian" complications of what you may or may not have at home. This presents some minor issues for me too (GF), but a man's will and creativity should never be discounted. Ask yourself what San Diego offers and how can it be incorporated into your job or life? For my first time down to TJ, I joined a car club that was having a meeting / scenic drive out of Anaheim -- didn't even go (but I got pics off the internet just in case) and drove directly to SD instead. That car club affords me tons of freedom -- it was genius in hindsight -- and costs me only $80 bucks a year and includes monthly magazines to boot! Of course, I don't have any kids and have a home base in AZ, so I have it easier than most other wannabe TJ mongers.

Toomuchcover: Thank you for the props good sir. Well, I try to be a thinking man's man when in the game and use whatever I can for a situational advantage (not drinking booze really helps in this regard).
TJ is just a hell of a good time, and some of it is derived from observing other mongers, which are a real motley crew to say the least! If some of these trolls can bang the hotties, complete with photos and trip reports, why not YOU??? Seriously, squirrel away some money and make the trip. I'll take you "under my wing" for a bit if needed, but once in fantasyland, I have no doubt you'll be soaring on your own in no time. And frankly, if a pussy can pass a quick visual inspection, sniff test, and taste test, then 99% of your worries are unfounded IMHO. BTW, my entire weekend trips to TJ cost about $350 or so (I drive there from AZ), which includes banging 2-3 choice chicas! Yeah, from a civie point of view, California, Arizona, and most of Western Canada are great for chick watching, but when you want the rubber to hit the pussy highway, you're in for lots of drama, princess BS and lame shagging. Thus, mongering exists and TJ is some of the highest value for your $$$. Thailand is likely the tops, from what I can gather, whereas Japan is likely near the bottom for value. My experience in 1993 was different and I never contemplated P4P a that time, nor did I need to. Plus, now you have the radiation issues in Japan, which are difficult to discern.
