It's definitely generational. Say what you want about millenials, but they grew up in a post-Clinton/Lewinsky, internet pornification era. Even the kids "saving themselves" for marriage typically only count PIV as sex - BJs are often seen as a way of staying a virgin. I also wonder if the competition from internet porn, chatrooms, etc, has made club dancers more open to things you can only do in person, like HJ/BJ. Go to a club just to see a naked chick? Man, there's mega-HD streaming extreme close up available at the click of a mouse.
