I just left that place two hours ago. The pictures Shadowcat posted are very old. Back when the place was still in Garden Grove. Check out their yelp (make sure to see the Stanton location) or Instagram page for the current girls. Funny thing is that there is probably more Latina girls working there than Vietnamese. They seemed to be wearing more clothes than usual I bet the article scared the owners.

I would think conservatively. Based on the information provided, 2-3 girls at $300-400 each. I would treat it as two girls at $300 each. If you pay utilities your barely breaking even compared to "normal" renters. I understand added risk means higher rent. However $1200 a month is dreaming.

I prefer dancers to be sober or mildly intoxicated. I got a few LD from a gorgeous girl. She had told me she was rolling hard. By the third dance (it was 3 nude for $40) she passed out on top of me. While it seemed great at the time; had management not been aware of her partying, I could have been in some serious shit. I saw her at another club and she was nasty towards me. She said I was the reason she got fired lol.
