Good info. A few weeks ago it was $30/song in the "everything is available" rooms. Now it's $160+ just to go back?

I'm the guy who's not classy enough for Portland's downtown strip clubs. ;) Had fun with Ranukam at Stars though. Great guy.

Good info. This club is way too divey to be successful while actively monitoring lap dances

One of my ATFs is addicted to heroin. She once told me that after having been addicted for a while (years) the high isn't even particularly good, but that *needing* the next high is like needing air. Based on some of the things I've seen her do to make sure she had money for the next score, I believe her.

I would have thought by now that every club in the country would demand to see ID so they can prove that the dancers are at least 18 (or 21). There have been several cases in my area where clubs lost their gambling or liquor licenses due to having underage dancers. In one case a club manager and bouncer were convicted of running an underage prostitute through the club.
On the other hand, as StripClubHound regularly points out in his blog, a lot of strip club managers don't appear to be too bright.

Just a fat, creepy old pervert.
That's the hottest story I've read in a long time.

@Stilleto: While Morrow might have been saying that any dancer expecting more than $20/song should re-assess, I think most of the guys here are simply saying that they want to know up front what the cost a dance will be before making the purchase. Since the dancer is setting the price, it is unreasonable for her to expect a tip on top of the price she set. Just as you do, if brandyjane believes her dances are worth $XX/song she should tell her customers that price. What she appears to do is quote a price that is less and then become upset when the customers don't tip her up to her perceived value.
The exception would be a club where dancers aren't permitted to set their own dance prices. There's a club in Portland that has signs posted with the various dance prices plus a sign that says "See the management if you're asked for more than the posted prices." In a place like that I could understand a dancer being disappointed if she provided exceptional service and didn't receive a tip.
