Time for a update on Rouge....

Time for a update on Rouge. I rolled in here at about 11:30 on a Friday night. I came with a local TUSCLer, but they wouldn't let him in because he had "basketball shorts" on. I don't know if they just enforce this on the weekends or all the time. We had been to a different club earlier in the night, and there was no problem.

The cover was 5 bucks on this night, I believe the cover jumps to 10 bucks after midnight. The place was pretty packed, but there were a couple of places to sit down. It is a party atmosphere in there, and the place looks pretty good. I would consider it upscale. The waitresses and bartenders don't look too bad, but the annoying thing is they CONSTANTLY ask you if you want a drink every few mins. I obviously don't blame them, but that doesn't mean I have to like that. What I do to combat that is standing up. I pretty much was standing up my entire time at Rouge, and no waitresses ever asked me if I want a drink, just how I like it. If I want a drink I'll get your attention. The DJ is solid, he does his job, he says who's going on stage. None of that extra stuff a lot of DJ's do. The mixed drinks are a little higher priced. I believe a rum and coke there is 7 bucks. Rouge attracts mostly the 20's and early 30's crowd, in other words the party crowd.

My number one complaint with Rouge is the lack of stages. They have two stages, (there also is a caged stage for the minors). On Friday and Saturday they're gonna have at least 30 girls, so with two stages, you won't see your favorite girl on stage much. Apparently though they are currently remodeling, and will add another stage or two. The stageshow contact is normal, you'll probably get titties in your face etc. The cage for the minors usually has anywhere from one girl to six girls at one time. There's a cage separating you and the girl, so there's no real contact there, it's mainly just to be able to talk to the minors.
