Miller's Bar on Michigan Avenue about midway between BT's and Flight Club.
You can order a Cheeseburger or plain Hamburger served on a piece of wax paper.... that's it. The only add on available is a large slice of sweet raw onion.... one of the best burgers I've ever had.
You tell the bar tender what you had for food and drinks and they'll ring you up; cash only. Sice 1941:

In general you may get lower cover or booth charges at several of the clubs during the week. The dancers may charge less than a crowded Friday or Saturday.... maybe. The list is the list of where to go; don't let a few $$ saved get in the way of a good time.

Blah, you may have to go cold turkey for a month or two to allow the LES to calm down and strengthen. I quit all caffeine of any form, chocolate, spicy or greasy foods..... etc..... Look up the list. I then gradually weaned myself back but, still today consume a lot less caffeine than I did. You can try a 14 day course of Prilosec and it will help but, it may come right back when you are done with the pills.

For me it's always been about the three "G's".... Golf, Girls and Gambling. Very few places you can get all three for a reasonable price that's easy to travel to (DTW is a big airport). Four casinos in close proximity (counting Windsor), great inexpensive golf, and we all have read about the clubs. In my experiences Detroit / Windsor is my #1.
