The reviewer who chose "Shill Review or Club Ad" and "Incoherent" isn't qualified to review anything. This review was quite coherent and was *obviously* not a club ad! I've never had an experience like this at Wise Guys -- I almost always have a *very* good time in the VIP room -- but it doesn't surprise me that this sort of thing sometimes happens.

Nice review! I've thought about hitting Atlantis for several years -- now I *know* I will! By the way, I had a somewhat similar experience on a weekday afternoon a couple of months ago at Club 390, just down the road in Chicago Heights -- in the lap dance area, where nude dances are $20 each.

You managed to write the last TUSCL review ever of Jocelyn, who was a fixture at Club Rio for several years. In fact, the day you saw her was the last day she ever danced!

Being very familiar with Club Rio and its possibilities, I think it's silly to classify this barely adequate review as a "shill review or club ad" -- it is neither -- but the reviewer does somewhat overstate the fun to be had with certain dancers, whom, in addition, he shouldn't name.

Nice review! Lots of info without incriminating anyone. I especially liked the line "My dancer seemed nearly innumerate, unable to do basic arithmetic", which sounds exactly like something that I (a math professor) would write.

aussiehinz: What do you mean by "the wrong club"? The last two times she sucked my dick were at Bogart's, where she used to be a fixture. I had hoped to see her at Bogart's again this time, but she has moved on up to the east side and now looks down upon Bogart's and its customers with disdain. It struck me as an interesting note to add to my review.

This isn't a very good review. It's too short and is poorly written, though the author is clearly not a native speaker of English so I'll cut him some slack. (But "fiend"?) However, unlike many other short, poorly written reviews that we see on TUSCL every day, it does manage to pack a lot information into its few lines.

That's a lot of words to say "Pulse is open again and scans IDs." Besides Pulse, lots of clubs do, though maybe not around Peoria. What is your objection to having your license scanned?

Those who call this a club ad wouldn't know a club ad if it smacked you in the face. Every word of this review rings true to me, a veteran of dozens of visits to Rio in recent years.

All I can say is: I've been at Elliott's 26 times, always on day shift, and have gotten 26 blowjobs. I don't see the problem.

This is not even remotely a review! Also, my own source, a dancer friend who used to work at Pulse, told me recently that Pulse will reopen soon as a strip club that she intends to return to. Now that I think about it, I'm countering the stripper story from this "review" with my own stripper story, so who knows?

I agree that this 5.5-line review is too short, but I've seen much shorter ones that somehow got approved. There is some good info here, though personally I don't think a girl's name should be mentioned in combination with a particular activity. And why does anyone think in 2019 that cute codes like $ and $$ serve any purpose whatsoever? Everyone knows that $$ means $200 -- just say so!

Great review! I'm one of those who say that Rio has become hit or miss this year, with many more misses than hits. During my glory days there from 2014 through 2018, almost every visit was a hit; my half dozen visits in the early months of 2019 were almost all misses, so I've largely stopped going. I'm glad to hear that you had such a great time with Heather (whom I think I know) and the other chick (for whom you *really* need to come up with a name!). Well done -- you give me hope of better things to come at Club Rio!

I'm calling bullshit on this review. I've been to Brad's 100+ times and have never had an experience even remotely resembling this fairy tale. Believe me, I know how to find extras -- at Rio all the time until recently, occasionally at Babes and Silk, and regularly at clubs in ESL, Peoria area, and South Chicago suburbs -- but they don't happen at Brad's.

Great review! I'm happy to hear that fun can still be had at Rio, though I haven't had much there since March. Your review has given me hope of better things to come!

Good review -- it makes me want to go back to Wise Guys, my favorite Washington Park club. Um, if you paid $6 for a beer and $3 pole tax, then you bought a $6 beer, right?

Nice review! It makes me want to check out the Brass Flamingo again. It was my favorite Indy club for many years but lost out to Club Rio about five years ago. Now that Rio is not so much fun anymore, I'll probably try some other clubs around town, such as this one. Yes, dowler86, he even said "happy ending" in his review!
