Good point about posting under Bogarts. I really don't need the VIP credits, but it is a good way to warn customers.
Sal69: Flight Club is typically very good but pretty expensive. It is my most frequented club but I was looking for a bit of variety.

Generic commentary. Could apply to nearly any club in the country. The reference to Country Palace (the former name to this place) convinces me that he has really visited Angels. A suggestion-- try to include some helpful details.

Good review and (critical) self-evaluation. At most clubs you negotiate for the service you want and the songs are typically included in the negotiated price (unless you take an unusually long time). If you get a dancer charging you a per song fee on top of your service fee, then you're being played (at least in Detroit clubs). You did get quotes that were unusually high for Criket; I hope she was hot. There is nothing wrong with one or two teaser dances, but if you are really interested in extras, it is better to negotiate details before you head off to the dance area.

Well written. Give Mons a try but don't expect anything more than a fluffer-style warm up dance as there is no privacy. One suggestion--- some dancers don't know that much about "sales" strategies so you might consider providing some instruction on sales technique. I've reminded dancers that movies typically release trailers, samples of movie scenes that are designed to get you to invest in seeing the whole movie--- for some dancers, it is an understandable analogy to sales in a strip club.

Good synopsis but you seem to be paying more than most people report for a private session. Standard price is 60-80 for a 30 minute session in the hotel. Street girls are typically less expensive. Perhaps you are negotiating for an hour session?

Thanks for the warning about Kitty. I'll avoid her when I visit LS. I hope you didn't waste your trip to Metro Detroit. There are other good clubs within easy driving distance of LS (Flight Club, Cricket, etc.).

A minor correction: Playhouse is located in Romulus, MI, probably 20 miles from BTs, Detroit location. Maybe this reviewer is referring to Players Lounge, which is located on 8 Mile Road.

Ditto to Papi's comments. I hope others learn vicariously from your experience----- never pay up front. If a dancer insists on pre-payment, politely tell the dancer, no thanks. I hope you also learned (again) from this experience. Also, I hope that customers never pull a "dance and dash" on a stripper as it gives some of the dancers motivation to request up front payment.

Confusing. Why title the review as "never again" and then end the review with plans to drop in again? Give the review a title that is more representative of your overall experience, something like "needs better talent."
By the way, I agree with the main point, good dance deals are valuable only if the talent meets some minimum quality standard.

Thanks for the history lesson Shurshot. Sounds like you found a keeper at Atlantis; well done! Joe does get credit for pushing the Tampa laws to be more lenient. Mons is good for what it is but extras never go out of style. Would be nice to combine the generally good looks of the Mons dancers with a more private and permissive dance experience.

I haven't been to Mons in several years. I know that I've been spoiled by clubs that allow lots of contact and extras. Has Mons changed any to keep up with the competition on the contact and extras dimension or is it still limited contact, albeit with attractive, nude dancers?

In my experience, most FC dancers negotiate for extras, not a set amount of private dance time. Most seasoned FC visitors, recommend that you not pay up front, but pay after the dancer delivers a solid entertainment experience. Sounds like you may have got played. I hope you had a good time.

Players is a solid club but you should have scouted the VIP facility. The private dance facilities are roomy and comfortable but some people don't like the bead curtains that provide only a semblance of privacy. Also, the club tends to get smokey. If that's not a problem for you, then this would be a good option.

This is the latest attempt to run a strip club in this building. Prior attempts failed, presumably because of lack of talent.

The smoke would be a deal breaker for me as a customer. Allowing smoking in a club, a blatant violation of state laws, probably drives away more customers than it attracts and exposes the club to fines and violations.

Accurate review. In addition to "sticking with regulars" problem that you mention, LS dancers can be over priced (unless you negotiate ahead of time and stick to you price limit). Rachel is looking very good but she seems to be constantly distracted by her phone (too many selfies!) and is not an especially good performer in a private dance. I'll watch for Lindsey.
