Ladies at strip clubs usually reflect a wide variety of places around the region of the club. Never knew there was a specific language or mannerisms that they had to learn to work there. (:-)

Thanks to TxVegas for starting this. I am heading to Tampa are this summer to visit an old Air Force buddy and his family but they are all tucked in around 9:00 PM so was wondering what the Tampa are was like now. Have not visited him in about 12-14 years but we do email a lot.

Agree with Papi_Chulo. When I have gone into a club for a drink and ogle the ladies for a while, on more than one occasion ended up getting a VIP from a very accommodating dancer.

Sidney Poitier was in so many good movies and everyone knows the more popular and ones that made him the A list actor he was as mentioned already.
I also liked a lot of his lesser know or liked movies like Black Board Jungle with Glenn Ford, The Defiant Ones with Tony Curtis as escaping convicts that are chained together. I still like watching the Movies channel with all of the old black & white films from the 1940's and 50's.
A great actor that probably did not get all of the honors he deserved. He will be missed, but at least we have his ton of films that we will be able to watch and enjoy for a long time.

Yes rickdugan, I am also old enough to remember those times as well. In the '70's some had trimmed the bush to a landing strip. In the '80's fashion took another turn of trimming their bush in not only landing strips of various widths but hart shape, V & Z pattern and other various attention getters.

My condolences on your attempt to have a significant other. Sorry it was not in the cards with you two. But if she is back on the chemical trail, you are for sure better off. Have known too many people that just go down that path and never see them again.
Best of luck in catching up on what is new on the board in these COVID times. Main point is to have a good time, right!

Got friendly with a waitress that was not the hottest at this one club I use to go to but she was better than about 60% of them. At first she was not flirting with me but I did tip her well as I usually do to the staff. One day it was slow and she sat down at my table. One topic led to another and we maid plans to meet for dinner. Nothing physical happened between us but we were good friends. She would give me a lot of intel on the dancers and I am sure to those dancers about me as well. Then she tells me one day that she is changing jobs because she is going to get married. Told her I was happy for her, but dam I miss the skinny about the dancers that were in the club. Ahhhh good times of years past.
