  Okay...chick's opinion here. Fake is exactly that--they look and feel fake. Yes, I've felt them and seen more than I care to mention. I don't care how great the boob job, but for the most part, they all look sub-human and don't even resemble tits. And seeing them on a 50 year old? WTF???

  Fake. Seriously. When you grab the saggy real tit and it oozes betwen your fingers like goo, it's kinda gross. Nice small naturals, absolutely. But hangers? Nah. Not if I'm paying to grope them.

  I usually prefer natural but it all depends on the rest of the body and what kind of mood I am in.
