How long have you been here?

Have y’all noticed this is one of the questions all of these bitches ask?

Do they train them to say this? I get asked this constantly? I just head a girl come up to a guy and say “Hi, what’s your name? How long have you been here?”

What is the relevance in asking this question? They all ask it lol 😂

Conversation starter?

"Are you waiting for someone?" "Are you from around here?" "What do you like to do for fun?"

Those are some of the more popular ones as well, probably because you can ask them to anyone, and it might trigger a response.

Yep, conversation starter. Plus the smarter dancers will use it to evaluate whether to continue conversation or come back later. Knowing that many guys who just arrived don’t want to immediately focus on a single just yet.

Years ago, when I was pretty new to this and visiting Tampa, I often heard "Where are you staying?" And like an idiot, I said "I'm visiting my parents"! Now I realize they were thinking OTC. This was at Mons Venus, which didn't have extras available. At least not on site! If I knew then what I know now...

Easy small talk starter? @alfred69 if a stripper asked "Where are you staying?" I'd never give a stranger that info - too paranoid as to why. If they are suggesting OTC, I'd get a room someplace else. And still wouldn't do it out of distrust.

I wouldn't give out my address to a dancer I'd just met either. But a general answer like "in a hotel nearby" or in might grease the wheels for OTC while still staying safe.

@mogul1985 so you wouldnt do OTC even in a hotel with any sex worker period? That is sad my friend

@caseyx im curious why? A lot of hotels you cant even use the elevator without a room key nowadays… theres cameras everywhere, so what would be the risk even if you told a dancer exactly which hotel you were at? Not to mention she wouldn’t even know your room number.

Its completely different than giving out a home address. No dancer is going to attempt to rob a hotel room, outside of cases where they are allowed in by the client

@mogul1985 if your that paranoid just about mentioning which hotel your staying at, i dont see how you can even live life. Even if someone is obviously a ghetto gangster, theres almost no risk to saying which hotel you are at.

Caseyx - I've thought that, "Do I really want to bring a stranger back to my hotel room for the night? I've thought about that little safe some motel rooms have. But the few girls I've contemplated OTC with I've seen several times, and felt comfortable with. Also, if a girl ripped off someone after they came back to his room, they could never go back to that club they were working at.

Its a question to gauge how big of a spender or time waster you are

How long have you been here? It's a conversation starter, but whatever your response it will be turned around and used to sell you a dance. If you say you've been here for a while, she'll say its time for a dance. If you say you just got here, she'll say she'll warm you up with a dance (if its's cold outside) or she'll say it's hot outside, but it's not as hot as her dances.

Are you waiting for someone? She is just providing an easy way for you to decline a dance without her feeling rejected.

Are you from round here? If you say yes, she'll be more likely to try to have you as a regular customer. If you say no, she'll try to get as much money from you as she can because she'll never see you again.

What do you like to do for fun? She probably wants to see if you have a life outside of strip clubs and are not a creep who watches porno all day.

Where are you staying? I would say, preferably with you tonight.

I have learned not to tell a stripper I am waiting for someone as a polite way of rejecting them. They will often want the name of the girl I am waiting for. If I make up a name, they do not recognize it and ask for a description of the girl. It is better and faster to just say I will not be doing lap dances until later in order to get them to leave.

@mogul1985 but why? Are you worried they could come to your hotel and rob you?

@docsavage - here's how I would handle any questions from the stripper,

Stripper: Are you waiting for someone? Me: Yes Stripper: What's her name? Me: I don't remember. I'll know her when I see her. Stripper: Can you describer her? Me: Sure, but she's not here yet. I expect her shortly. Stripper: O.K. I'll stay with you until she arrives. Me: She won't come over if she sees me with you. Please leave.

Ive only had a few dancers ask who im waiting for if I tell them im waiting for others. Most say ok and move along. The ones who do ask who, its a jealousy/comparison thing in their minds. I typically tell them who is is though just to see their reaction.
