I just added this comment on a recent review of this club, but thought I'd post it here as well:

FAIR WARNING: I've visited this club on past South Florida visits. I'm in South Florida right now and walked into this club two days ago. Within 60 seconds I was told I couldn't stay because I was wearing sandals (upscale Tevas, not flip flops). I protested, but was told "The boss says you have to wear sneakers or other closed-toed shoes." The guy was nice about it, but 100% firm.

I'm in South Florida. It's hot. I didn't even bring shoes with me on this trip other than my Tevas. No other club I visited here had a problem with my sandals.

What an idiotic policy, especially for a club of this caliber. I walked out with hundreds of dollars still in my pocket.

Probably because Tevas are lesbian footwear. Just kidding - stupid rule. But you probably need a pedicure.

I’m pretty sure I’ve been to so FL clubs in flip flops, but nothing shouts “tourist” like Tevas 😎

You didn’t mention it, but did you possibly have on white socks as well? That might explain things.

Perhaps the stench of my feet was overwhelming the fine aromatic ambience of the club.

I have only very rarely worn sandals to a strip club. I think it was when I went to the original Pure Platinum and Solid Gold on US-1 in Fort Lauderdale. These were not tevas or flip-flops, but had so much leather that you could barely tell they were actually sandals. Having said that, I have always felt the clothes make the man and dress for the message you want to send. At no point have I ever walked into a strip club wearing sweatpants, basketball shorts, plain sandals, or a t-shirt. I am not messaging to low-rent wannadans girls.
