Night shift vs Day shift

My strip club experiences have been exclusively nights.

What would you say are the biggest differences between night shift and day shift?

What are the pros and cons of both?

I've been thinking about making some day shift visits.

The primary reason being a dancer I was interested in has returned to a club I would go to, and she's only doing days.

Thoughts?

Nights are fun. It's a party and tends to get pretty wild in comparison. Better stage sets. I think the friendly competition between dancers is a good thing. However there are plenty of drawbacks from nights. More of a wanna dance atmosphere and the hustle is more obvious at times. Nothing good happens after 2 am either and sc can be in the worst locations.

Days can be great in the right club. The biggest pro is a more relaxed environment. Less customers, more dancers per customer in my experience. I typically don't have to wait for a dancer I like as not many of the 7 guys in the building are getting dances. You can get to know them more or hang out and have a drink. Drinks are cheaper. Usually no covers or door vultures or crazy crowds. The cons are that its typically slowwww and the dancers attitudes can reflect that. Boring stage sets, sitting on their phones or not bothering working the floor at all. I've also had the ugly dancer come over for multiple rejections during day shift since there was nothing else going on. I dont care about other customers but the regulars that visit during the day are mostly there for a drink with the guys. It's an interesting 180 from the nights I was used to.

I have found the best time is around ten o'clock on a Friday or Saturday. There are more pretty strippers than day shifts or other nights of the week. The club has not yet become overcrowded with rowdy drunk guys and it is easier to get a lap dance than later on in the night.

Most of the top girls at a strip club will be there on Friday or Saturday night and some work only on those two nights and possibly one other night of the week. Here in Indianapolis many of the local strip clubs do not even have a day shift anymore. There has been a slow decline in the number of customers. The number of customers showing up during the day has dropped below the minimum required to make it worth having the club open during the day. If they are open, the low number of customers leads to lower quality strippers since there is little money to be made. Some of my favorite regulars in the past were on day shifts but that was years ago.

Sundays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays tend to be my preference. I typically see more down to earth girls late afternoon/early evening. I don't care for Friday/Saturday late nights as the girls who think too much about themselves are present.

This is my experience as a night shift guy with limited day shift trips, plus not all clubs that do day shift are the same.

Dayshift - IME, typically has more mature (older) dancers, they usually at least appear to be a less in “hustler” mode than night shift girls. Some usually give better service and attention than night shift girls. Now the negatives: I find more regulars have the top tier day shift girls tied up (it probably seems that way since there’s usually less top tier girls on day shift versus night shift in most clubs).

For me it’s just a weird feeling being in a club at that time of day. Many others love it. One other thing, several guys (on here) have mentioned they love going to the club around 5-7PM during shift change, as the day shift girls are leaving and the night shift girls are arriving, so you essentially get to see all the girls that are working the entire day. Both sets - night and day shift. I never understood this, I had horrible results when I’ve tried this. The day shift just want to go home and the night shift are just arriving not ready to hustle yet.

  1. Shift change while you get in before cover
  2. Day shift especially at places that don’t NOt have free lunch
  3. Other times

Day shifts often have no or lessened entry fee. Fewer dancers, but higher mileage. Dancers know what you're there for unlike nights which can be full of bachelor parties or people there to drink/socialize.

It all depends on what you're looking for. Afternoons I expect a quick release then to go about my day. Nights I'm there to hang out and have a drink, watch a UFC fight, and enjoy the club atmosphere with a larger roster of dancers.

This is an Evergreen topic on this discussion board. Essentially all my SC visits on my home turf (which are increasingly rare) are daytime or early evening .When I’m on the road, at least 70% is at night. Making head to head comparison of daytime vs. nighttime at the same clubs, it’s generally true that there’s more of a lively, party atmosphere at night with more, hotter, younger dancers than daytime (and more customers). There are notable exceptions, including, in my experience, two of my favorites: Club Desire in PVD and Clancy’s in Bloomfield, NJ, where I prefer daytime.

If, like me, you’re often on the hunt for extras in conventional SCs, I think daytime can be a bit more advantageous. The dancers on average tend to be a little older and have kids and childcare issues, which is why they do day shifts. While not uniformly true, they’re there to make bank, not party or hang with other dancers, and, having been around the block a few times, have fewer scruples about giving it up for a reasonable tip. Since things are slower paced, they’re also more inclined to sit and and shoot the shit with you over a drink before or after, or both. I’ve seen posters on this topic say they DGAF about socializing with dancers, but it tends to be more available daytime if you want it. Can help to lay the groundwork for OTC.

None of this really applies to the brothel-type, everybody-is-down-for-anything clubs. Maybe a few more dancer options at nighttime and maybe overall dancer quality is a smidge better, but it’s all pretty much the same. I’m not hanging out to shoot the breeze or watch stage performances in those places anyway.

Day shift all the way or night shift on the weekdays or Sunday. Never Saturday night it’s a night mare. And the girls usually charge more during that time and less deals. Plus too many bratwursts on the weekends.

Totally agree with the analysis provided by @Manuellabore. That has been my experience as well.

I was sitting in Club Desire on a Monday Night thinking I am never fucking going here at night again. Either fat with fat flabby tits, or giant fake ass and tits. Yuk. Great daytime place, gag and retch at night.

I'll keep it simple.

Stuff I like about day shift:

  1. No bouncer most clubs
  2. Cheaper everything
  3. Songs less likely to get cut short
  4. Less drama
  5. Less scrutiny

Day is more convenient for dancers with kids. For dayshifters, it's a club where you can get a drink or two if you want. For many nightshifters the club's a bar with nekked women available.

Night shifts is to party and brings out the bigger ballers with bigger pockets. So if your not a big baller expect to get the asking or being ignored for the man with the rollie.

Day shift is slower since more people work. So it's more opportunity. But from what I hear you don't get the best talent compared to the night crew

It often depends on the club so it’s difficult to make a definitive statement either way. For me, the decision for day vs night has more to do with when I have the time and opportunity to go. But I have to admit not having to pay cover charges during day shift makes me more willing to go to a club. I really hate it when I pay $20 or $22 to get into a club and there’s no hot girls.

Hate cover charges especially when combined with drink prices and parking

I've got a home life and wife evenings. It is good. I've had dozens of club visits over last several years, all but 2 in the daytime. Every time I've found a 7-up to play with. Day shift all the way for me.

Most clubs night shift better overall. But depends what you want. 90% above is all true for vast majority of clubs I’ve been to. Lately nights for me: later I’m drinking, dancers are drinking, they need to make money to value that shift, some miss real connection - so connect over drinks….yes some lesser rules enforcement possible in days, but nights sometimes volume rules!

Impossible to say one is "better" than the other. Too many variables. One place might have "better" girls and more availability of extras during the day, and another might be dead during the day and turn into a whorehouse full of models at night. I've seen some that are relatively quiet during the day, music not too loud, you can have a nice conversation with the women, and negotiate extras if that's your thing. But at night the place turns into a haven for whales and high-rollers with deafening music, champagne bottles with sparklers, cost of extras goes through the roof, etc. It varies club-to-club probably based mostly on management. It all depends on what you're looking for, and then you've just got to find the place that delivers it. There's no general rule for day vs night.

Just because they have a kid or three doesn't mean they stopped being hot. And there's a reason they got those kids put in them in the first place lol...

Just in case one or more of these points hasn't already been mentioned...

  1. Some clubs that attempt to ID scan at night may not do so during the day.

  2. Some clubs are more flexible with a dress code during the day.

  3. Some clubs keep the music volume more tolerable during the day compared to nights.

  4. If the club allows smoking, sometimes the air quality can be better during the day.
