I would guess it goes on pretty regularly, they're all transactional folks, if they can gain an advantage, most people that work in this industry, will use what they have.

I've got a lot of stories about this from dancers. Every dude from the parking attendant to the club owner was getting some. Especially at the famous Follies.

No matter how widespread it is, it would not surprise me. It is inherent to the nature of that line of work. I still believe it was full strippershit (for several reasons) but a CF once claimed the owner of the club she worked at was openly demanding favors and attention when he was drunk at the club and showing off for friends. I partly disbelieve it because this is a strictly low mileage club and I'm pretty certain owned by a group and not and individual. However, these clubs are known for take out and loose dancers.

I mean, people bang their co-workers. It happens in vanilla workplaces all the time.

I think the situation is exacerbated by the hyper-sexual nature of the club. Sometimes dancers sleep with owners or managers for some sort of preferential treatment. But more commonly I think, these club relationships are just regular romantic interests, just significantly more fraught with peril due to the nature of the club.

Of course. My younger self certainly would if I worked at a club. Wouldn’t you? I worked at TGIFridays type restaurant when I was young with tons of hot young waitresses. Sex/romance among the staff was rampant. It was the most fun job I ever had!

I heard a story of a club manager whos girlfriend was working tbere as a dancer. He would really nitpick and watch her on the cameras and they constantly had arguments in the club in front of everyone. I think she was giving more mileage than hr wanted.

ive met one bouncer who normally didnt talk to me much, but as soon as i expressed interest in seeing this black chica there, he suddenly started talking to me a lot more and telling me i wont be disappointed, etc. the guy was 50+ with grey hair, so i dont think he was her pimp but it was unusual

According to strippers I’ve know over the years it’s very common. I think a lot of dorky stripclub DJs have gotten laid over the years simply because they were at the right place at the right time. End of the night, stripper is horny from being dressed in lingerie and rubbing her crotch against guys all night… you get the picture.

Not unique to just strip clubs. There was this “corporation” where I live that always hired hot women and paid everyone well. The divorce rate at the place was insane. Tons of men and women left their spouses for their coworkers over the years. Even some men left their wives for other men and women left their husbands for other women.

Like the soap opera “as the world turns” it’s really “as (insert business name here) turns.”

Back in the 1990's I had a band and we played in Detroit's infamous Cass corridor. We were the only live entertainment in the area. I'd see a hot chick in the crowd, and when it was time for our break I'd walk over to her and say "hey thanks for coming in tonight! Wanna go in the parking lot and smoke a joint?" She'd say sure, we'd sit in my car, I'd light up a fattie, take a big hit and pass it to her. While she was hitting it I'd unzip and pull my dick out. She'd pass the joint back to me and proceed to suck my dick. Some nights I'd do it 2 or 3 times with different girls. Those were the days.

The most common one I've seen is a dancer banging a DJ. I'm pretty sure that's why one particular DJ decided to become a DJ in the first place--in the hopes that he would get to bang some of the hot dancers. Unfortunately for him, I'm pretty sure all the dancers at that club regarded him as being creepy AF. So his plan might have worked, had he been anyone other than himself...lol

I knew an assistant manager at a local Club. He was Mid 30’s, normal looking, mostly normal guy. He was getting lots of sex, but it came at a cost. He also needed to supply lots of weed, had to bail a few out of jail, and got called at all hours of day and night to come pick a dancer up. All this for about 30,000 per year. He quit because he just couldn’t take it anymore.

Yes, it's common and sometimes it's very obvious. One club I used to frequent had at most three or four strippers per shift. The manager would sit near the juice bar playing a video game and then, like clockwork, go into the dressing room with one of the strippers and leave when she went on stage. Every stripper had her turn being in the dressing room alone with the manager while the other strippers remained by the juice bar. There was no DJ.

All The Time. One club I know of, one of the managers was “dating” a dancer. Day shifts were slow and they were known to disappear often.
Of course it was a “clean club” so it was kept under wraps. BUT when other dancers found out, they took advantage of the situation. This manager couldn’t do anything because the other dancers would have revealed his secret. Talk about Quid Pro Quo

Did you hear the one about the owner of Follies chartering a jet to Vegas and taking 3 or 4 of his favorite dancers with him? It's true but I don't know if he got laid or not.

There was one club I used to visit regularly all the male staff was banging someone. Basically, refusing to bang them was grounds for dismissal.

In one of my early Vegas trips I once had their Limo pick me up. The Chauffer bragged that he could fuck any dancer in the club if he so decided. Could have been BS, maybe not.

From everything I've read and heard from former strip club workers and strippers, yeah, usually the bouncers and DJ and door man will at least occasionally date strippers. They can be like any other coworkers who finish their shifts about the same time.

Most strip club workers will say it's not worth it to date a dancer.
