I have always wondered why this isn’t a “thing”. I’ve always thought of getting a haircut as an opportunity for a real intimate experience. For me, it wouldn’t necessarily need to be topless, but I would love to get a haircut from a sexy barber (or stylist) who wouldn’t mind getting her boobs in my face and who would possibly incorporate a sexy neck and shoulder rub. I also think that a creative and talented stylist could change up the way that hair is washed in the dark back room by straddling the customer and providing a combo wash and rinse, along with a lap dance.
As long as this resulted in a decent haircut, I think it should be comparable to what guys spend on VIP at the club. Depending on the cost of the haircut (and what the girl looks like) I’d be willing to add something like a $100 to $150 premium on top of the cost of the cut.

I suspect that you might get some initial interest as a fun one-off gimmick, but I don't see this as a sustainable business.

But maybe I'm just a purist. When I have something that's working well for me, I run with it for as long as I can. My time has become extremely precious, so I need as many things as possible to operate smoothly. That is why, despite how incredibly beautiful and hot my housecleaner is, I would never dream of ever laying a finger on her - not even if she offered it for free. It took me months to find her and she has done a great job and shown up reliably for years, which has made my life just a little bit easier. I wouldn't dream of doing anything to fuck that up, lol.

How would we know how much money anyone makes, we’re customers for the most part, you might want to test the market yourself, that would be the most reliable way to know the answer to your question.

It is already a thing, if you google nude haircuts etc. some of the customers will want some sort of extras beyond a haircut. But some will be willing to pay extra just for the woman being naked during the haircut.

If you have been cutting hair for 20 years then you are likely aged 39-43, at a minimum. You claim to be attractive and you may well be a MILF, but you have aged past the age of most lap dancers.
Also, I do not see that idea lasting very long. Here's why: I get my hair cut short, start with no guard and fade all the way up the side, hair on top just long enough for a soft part. It's popular amongst a lot of men. If you cut hair professionally, you know what that means. Clippers produce lots of little hair splinters which sometimes get stuck in the hands like wood splinters. Imagine those hair splinters getting stuck in your breasts and even nipples. Lots of bumps, itches, and pain. Does not sound like a wise idea to me.
Finally, if you are good at cutting hair, why would you need a gimmick? You can go to one of those gimmick shops with beer, 360 sports, and flirt with guys while cutting hair and keep your top on. I go to strip clubs to see topless babes. I go to a trusted stylist to get my haircut. Pick one and moonlight at the other.

Plenty of beautiful women work regular jobs and would never dream of doing sex work dude. She is doing it as a business and she has a small but rotating crew of girls who work with her.
