Can women play the drums?????

Yeah they can! youtu.be

Karen Carpenter was an excellent drummer and singer actually. Love her.

Uh…. Yeah. youtube.com

Who cares? How can she handle a flute or the trombone?

Sheila E is the only woman that instantly jumps to my mind as a capable and well known drummer. Sheila E was a drummer in Prince's band and had acclaim in music beyond Prince.

^agree 100%.

There's also Cindy Blackman, who was Lenny Kravitz's drummer and has been married to Carlos Santana for years.

It looks like that weird shit where the text runs of the screen is back. I don't see it in every comment, but the first comment, rockie's comment, DandyDan's comment, and the text box for this comment extend all the way to the right of the screen and cover up the right-side menu buttons

C’mon Gamma ape, be sensible

It’s because Skifredo is a bing lovin’ weirdo that posts long ass bing links. He wants to highlight female drummers… well, this lion says go for it. At least he’s not being an angry weirdo. In fact, it’s kinda charming. But, for chrissakes, post links like this:

The Mötley Crüe with Samantha Maloney. A female drummer doncha know.

ROAR!!!
