@PT if you think the US has performed better than Japan economically, that implies that mass illegal immigration is working in the US relative to Japan. Are you saying the US could somehow have had low immigration like Japan, but avoided Japan's slow economic growth? And avoided importing more than half it's food supply like Japan does? If you're saying the US would have been better off with well-managed, legal immigration, I agree. But, that doesn't imply that deporting people simply because they immigrated illegally is going to be good for the country.
