Never went to a bikini contest, but remember when wet T-shirt contests were popular at local bars in the 90s. I have especially fond memories of the one where one of the contestants ended up back at my apartment.
One of my favorite things is there was a fishing bar in Alaska, owned by a woman, who ran wet t-shirt contests. But so as not to be sexist, they also ran a smallest penis contest.
The owner would drum up contestants by walking around a few days before and peeking down patron's pants. Sometimes she would tell them they were too big for the contest, but they should come see her later.
The contestants would end up exposed on stage, while she went down the row making their case for them on the microphone. But the best part - the only prize for the winner was the honor of the title! I might have won, but why in the hell would anybody submit themselves to that? Some did. Hope they got laid with their unobtrusive dicks.

I believe they still have wet t-shirt contests at most spring break locales, two years ago I was at Senor Frogs in Cancun and they had a few, and I’ve seen advertisements for wet T-shirt contests in Key West, and at a few spots in the Bahamas.
Red Eye Dock Bar in Kent Narrows, MD. Arrived by boat, circa mid-90’s. Very memorable. Super hot talent. Very sexy, but since they didn’t get nude, attracted better looking model-types rather than local stoppers. Don’t know if this still exists, but at the time was the perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

I went to one about 10 years ago on the invite of a 19 yr old dancer from the local club. It was a bikini contest in a beer & pool bar and she wanted to win the $250 prize. We got there and she was dressed in a red short, short skirt and looked drop dead gorgeous - but no bikini! She told me that the city ordinance would not let them change clothes in the bar, i.e. they could not remove any clothing which meant they had to compete in the clothes they arrived. There were dancers competing in everything - from shorts to skirts to sweats! LOL
After this evening she became my OTC for the next 5 years. Gorgeous babe!
