The other CF label

Have you ever tried to stick a silver dollar into a stripper's G-string?
All the libs and dems got their wish, and Donald Trump was sentenced today on the manufactured charges in the NYC business records case. With the sentence passed, he now becomes a convicted felon, for the time being. Libs can call him convicted felon right after they address him as Mr. President. The difference is that he will be Mr. President for another four years, while the CF label will be removed in a few short months after appeal. Additionally, the politically motivated prosecution of President Trump absolutely helped propel him to an electoral victory. I hope it was worth it for you guys, you handed him the victory with a label that will be wiped away before the class of 2025 graduates.

Anyone who doesn't think of Trump as a convicted felon already doesn't care about this technicality.
Anyone who does think of Trump as a convicted felon (i.e. the lib cope squad here) has been squawking about it already.

1) Such a vulgar and demonstrably false attack on me for posting a political view you disagree with only demonstrates your own failures and insecurities.

2) Child molestation? You are confusing Trump with Bubba and Epstein. Do you even follow the news or do you get all of your political analysis from leftist tiktok memes?

^ Hunny wrote a good Desire review, claiming Gilead from The Handmaid's Tale was coming.

Maybe he'll take up my $10,000 proposed bet to @dustyj that porn and strip clubs won't be outlawed. Dusty gets ghost whenever I bring it up. He also said Trump would get <200 EV because of abortion. I'm not going to let him forget that!

I didn't say I WANTED it to burn, dipshit. Just that if Hunny wants to throw pedophilia accusations, he should throw them in the right places.

But you'll have plenty to be mad about for the next 4 years 10 days plus. Watch that blood pressure.

Personally, I was glad to see the bastard convicted, no by the judge but unanimously by 12 jurors who passed examination by both sides.

Would I have rather seen him rotting in prison for at least a year? You bet, but I'll take this as a win, especially since we all saw how pissed off he was.

I didn't have much interest in the hush money case or it's outcome, and said before I agree it was largely politically motivated -- not by Dems or Biden though -- but by the Manhattan DA. Any characterization of the charges as "manufactured" is bs. There was clear evidence of falsification of business records, with a clear link to election conspiracy, which supported the unanimous verdict of the 12 member jury.

The Jack Smith case was substantive and significant IMO, and it's a shame it will no longer be pursued (as I've also said before). I'm looking forward to reading about the final report.

Whatever. This admin will get as much done as the last, not much. Elon and Rammy aren't going to cut shit. Maybe they toss a few illegal immigrants out, fine, this will satisfy the goatee, trucker hat crew.....and then they can fill the labor void. Maybe we go to war with Iran via Israel, who knows. He's going to advocate on giving Russia Ukrainian territory up to the "river" and call it a win. Yes, yes, Obama fucked it up to. Oh, don't forget....we can rename the gulf! That'll make some look up from the biscuits and gravy.....and nod.

@IWantHerOnMe - strip clubs are, all things considered, a pretty small topic, and one that I hope our lives don't revolve around.

@jaybud -
"Elon and Rammy aren't going to cut shit."

You're probably right, unfortunately. The bureaucracy is self-sustaining, until we make public sector unionization illegal, as FDR said it should be.

"Maybe they toss a few illegal immigrants out, fine, this will satisfy the goatee, trucker hat crew.....and then they can fill the labor void."

Toss the criminals, then go after the employers if we _really_ want all illegals gone.

"Maybe we go to war with Iran via Israel, who knows."

If Obama and Biden hadn't eaten Khameini's asshole for 12 years, we might not be in that situation. We've given them so much cash, struck an impotent deal, then when Trump backed out of that, we groveled to get them back. We showed them that kidnapping an American can fetch them a billion a head.

"He's going to advocate on giving Russia Ukrainian territory up to the "river" and call it a win. Yes, yes, Obama fucked it up to."

If you think Ukraine can dislodge Russia from the Donbass--let alone Crimea--I've got a big domed cathedral is Moscow I'd like to sell you. A third of their population left, the average age of their soldiers is 43. Unless you want to put American and European boys in harm's way, giving up Donbass is the best of our options.

Why would anyone with a brain think that normal people look at a state judgment in New York as anything other than laughable? NYC is the home of the Bronx jury and their legal system has been a knee slapping laugh factory for 50 years. As far as the wildfires in California? I am giving them the same level of concern they showed Trump supporters during Covid.

America would be incalculably stronger and more united without the incivil east and west liberal bastions. All that "wealth" is paper (not real bank notes i.e. digital). It is the groupthink and corruption of those areas with immense population density which make the Electoral College and parliamentary filibuster indispensable. It is not un-American to wish these cancerous sores on our Union healed, but it is un-American to try and label others so for our beliefs.

No. You don't wish ill on your countrymen and women no matter how much you disagree. This is why I'll never side with MAGA. You hold your own accountable and you be better. We did it with Nixon and we lost that ability in the years since. Dems don't do it enough, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't do the right thing ourselves for our country and everyone in it. Even those we disagree with. Referring to your fellow Americans as cancerous sores is sickening, frankly.

^ I don't see any MAGA leader saying they want LA to burn. I sure don't. I want to end the blatant partisanship and neglect of the other side's states.

But that doesn't mean we can't point out how and which Democratic policies have led to this--from mismanaging the water supply to not clearing underbrush to chasing insurance companies out of the market--as well as the insanity of building and rebuilding in highly disaster-prone zones.

It offends me that the American taxpayer is the "insurer of last resort" for rich coastal fucks so they can keep their oceanfront views.

^ Perhaps we should be smarter about it? Allow insurers to price according to the risk, like California didn't do? Or require a higher level of hurricane/tornado/fire-proofing to insure?

@TheSingularity - well said

We can only hope that someday the Republican Party gets back to it's roots, taking conservative positions but with civility and respect, with intelligent and fact-based arguments rather than conspiracy theories, unlike the MAGA crowd who in many ways are the real RINOs.

@wld - The Republican party _is_ MAGA. It would be, even if Trump dropped dead today. Barring another 9/11, the neocons are out for a generation.

Just like in 2016, right-wing populism is rising everywhere. In the US it's called MAGA, but it's everywhere in the developed world. It's a backlash against globalism--the economy leaving the worker behind, mass immigration killing national identity, the elites becoming Marie Antoinettes who are more concerned with their luxury beliefs than the well-being of the people. That's why the distrust in experts, because despite their credentials, they're self-interested as anyone else.

The "civility and respect" Republicans are part of the same blob, content to slightly slow the left rather than enact conservative policy. I wish we had a better messenger than the abrasive Trump, but I'll take muscular conservatism over nice squishes.

This election should trigger soul-searching on the left, but instead they're blaming right-wing media and even the American people themselves. When ads like "Harris is for they/them, Trump is for you" hit home, they refuse to change. You're in for pain until you get over your contempt for the American people, particularly the white working class.
avatar for wld4tatas

^ You are incorrect. MAGA is a segment of the Republican party, not the entirety. A recent poll indicates 53% of Republicans identify as MAGA. That's about one quarter of the country. Trump won not because most Americans wanted MAGA, but because enough Americans believed they would have better economic prospects, and were misled that Dems prioritized gender issues over kitchen table issues (again, inadequate messaging by Dems). Calling out the contemptible elements of MAGA does not equate with having contempt for all Americans, despite your ridiculous attempts to spin it so.

@wld - You're looking at the wrong statistics. Whether or not someone calls themselves MAGA, Trump and therefore MAGA won 94-5 among Republicans.
https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2024-el…

Trump won because the American people were tired of being lied to. We stopped believing that the border was closed, the constant backtracking on inflation, the suppression of counter-regime information.

No one was "misled," a few words on the campaign trail doesn't cover Biden calling trans "the civil rights issue" over the day and inviting them to flap their tits on the White House lawn. To say the Dems "didn't prioritize gender issues" is yet another lie. And if you can't get your message out spending a couple billion, you are not capable of handling the presidency.

Oh, and I never said Dems have contempt for _all_ Americans. Just men, the working class, Republicans, people who shoot guns, people who go to church. You do a great job illustrating that contempt.

Keep your nose in the air and failing to learn from your mistakes. You'll be in the wilderness until you do.

The post-election assessments point to a number of factors that influenced swing state voters, but "being lied to" was not one of them. Just another example of PT pulling stuff out of his ass.

Aside from certain elements of MAGA for which I have contempt, and which you are trying to deflect from, can you provide an example of where I've shown contempt for the groups you listed?

^ Being lied to was the overarching problem, not a specific issue. Lied to about this being a great economy. Lied to about inflation (LOL, how could Janet Yellen not see inflation coming). Lied to about the border (tHe bOrDeR iS cLoSeD).

You showed contempt right above. "Misled," LOL. Do you honestly think someone who couldn't get their message out with billions of dollars can inspire a country?

But no one cares about your contempt. You have not shown nearly enough intellect or morals for me to care.

Stay inside your progressive bubble. Keep not learning from your mistakes. Vance/Ramaswamy 2028!

A lot of the pro-Trump ads and messaging were misleading. By PT's logic, calling that out equates to showing contempt for voters... which basically means it would never be valid to call out something misleading. Of course, this notion is absurd.

Keep on spinning, we all see it. And we all know you care plenty, which is why you continue trying too hard.

^ And you completely ignore the Democrat lies that I pointed out. I'll add some. Biden is the sharpest I've ever seen him. I will not pardon Hunter. But sure, fixate on eating cats. Which of those affected the election? A few more, on the fire. "DEI wasn't a priority." "We didn't reduce CalFire's wildfire prevention budget." "There was no way to prevent these fires." "There was no way to stop the fire hydrant water from running out." All demonstrable lies.

Let's add this for contempt. "Cling to guns and religion." "Basket of deplorables." "Garbage."

Keep on treating the American people like retards. I'll just point to the election scoreboard. I win; you are the Puddy Tat's litter box.

When a liberal starts crying "MAGA" over everything, it is proof that their party has no new ideas and no plan for America. Just like with Biden and Harris, they wanted to keep doing what they had been doing. They do not care how disastrous the results are if they can still virtue signal and collect donations from special interest groups.

Expect no change to California politics after these wildfires. The generational liberal mindset is too entrenched. Indians (feather, not dot), trannies, and pronouns will still be more important than protecting lives and property. This is all fine by me, except that my tax dollars will still be wasted there. People living in California who are unprepared for wildfires are like someone living in Florida who is unprepared for a hurricane. Your shortsightedness is not my liability.

Finally, I see 25iq handed me another "win". He just can't help himself, can he? I occupy so much space in so many empty liberal skulls that even El Rushbo himself would be impressed.
