Ha ha - great stuff shadow. It paints a sad tableau. Most of them are in Deep South Jersey which is my territory. Fantasy Showbar was awful. More of expanded peep show than anything. No booze or even byob. Les Gals was basically the same - a peep show jerkoff joint, but way down in the middle of nowhere/ pine barrens. I was never in there but driving by onetime I saw this guy who was a big boss in my company skulking into it with his head down and a baseball cap on. It was funny because he was a self proclaimed deeply religious family man. I kept the sighting to myself. Volcanic Eruptions was fun but also way down in South Jersey. Like most clubs set in rural places, the girls weren’t great but it was a full bar and the only game in town. It’s a shame the Atlantic City area clubs all shut down, although I never heard much positive about them. The ones left there suck. The true mongers in my area make the drive to Philly where there’s some good clubs. Oh, and the Burlington Hand Factory aka Playhouse.
A trip down memory lane. Interesting seeing the before and after pics. Been to Shakers and Go Go Rama many times. Delilah's Atlantic City once (half hour of my life I'll never get back). Drove by several of the others. Allure and Delilah's AC look exactly like that these days.
