Basically the law was, if a Cuban refugee's foot touched US Soil, we let them in.
If they were on a Boat, we rescued them, and sent them back to Cuba.

The cuban adjustment act is still in place and was actually strengthened in 2007

^ No it wasn't. Obama ended the wet-foot/dry-foot shit before he left in early 2017.
