That’s definitely on the strippers. Management should talk to the PL and see what happened. I’ve seen unpopular dancers start drama with big spenders when they’re with a fav out of pure jealousy.

What can a male patron do about strippers fighting over him?

The managers should try to see what the customer even wants before getting to the “kick out” stage. If the customer just doesn’t feel comfortable telling one dancer to wait her turn/go away, then the manager should be reaching out to see whether the customer would like assistance.

If the customer just likes drama and the feeling of being fought over, then he better be spending enough to make his nonsense worth it. Ideally, he is picking one (or both) of the dancers and taking her to vip…not letting the dancers start alternating on the main floor and alienating others.

Once as I was parking my car, a PL who had a classic car parked next to me. We were talking about his car as we walked into the club. Bouncer at the door knew the PL, assumed we were friends and waived the cover charge. Immediately, some dancers approached the PL and he went with a couple of dancers to the VIP area. I sat at a table and some other dancers came over and started fighting over who would sit down. The bouncer had told them to come over to my table assuming I had very deep pockets like the PL. I enjoyed every moment of the fight all for a lap dance.

Unfortunately that happened to me, three dancers all fighting over me- probably because of my huge package- I wish! lol
But management, said I was not in trouble ; just take a break and don’t come in when the girls were both working- they waived any cover fees, for a couple of weeks..

Not a smart move on their part, I just started going to a different club! lol

I guess it depends what type of "patron" we are talking about.

If he's a simply a good paying customer, then fuck no you don't kick him out. You get the dumb bitches in line in order to keep the money in the club.

If it's the club drug dealer or a pimp BF, then fucking heave ho at the first whiff of drama.
