This is YOUR world numb nut. Your worldview is contained in your links, and besides....just ban the "novel" you speak of above, that'll take care of it.

Oh, and your first link is paywalled....at least for me.

Yes Puddy.....the ONLY things I care about are abortions at birth, gender issues, letting everybody into the country, and rioting.

C'mon man, you've shown stronger aptitude in past posts.

Most of us all sit in a gray area on each of those topics, it's not all black and white.

It's like me calling all "lefts" racists. Sure, there's a segment on the left that is extreme, but that doesn't define the party right? Nor should you define a whole party on three topics of progressive rights. To be fair though, what you define as progressive is probably different than mine.....and my definition of extreme ass puckering, I mean extreme conservative are probably different than yours.

I assert that we're all closer than we think towards the middle here.

Free speech is alive and well.

But calling out misinformation is not only correct, but necessary.

“Free speech is alive and well”

Well, not always.

Remember when the University of Florida withdrew its scholarship offer from four-star (white) quarterback Marcus Stokes after video emerged of him singing song lyrics that contained the N-word.

Yet, I can show you at least a dozen videos of WNBA Angel Reese doing the exact same thing and not a word

I remember when a TUSCL poster said his Taco Bell meal increased from $4 to $18 and implied it was because of Joe Biden.

@motorhead do you remember that ?

I certainly do. Inflation is a complex issue influenced by many factors. However, when Biden fulfilled a campaign to forgive student loans - this action alone was responsible for about a 1.5% increase in inflation. This is verifiable from independent research by The Federal Reserve, university research and various think tanks

The real problem with liberals is they are hypocrites. They practice NIMBYism.

More than 60 years ago, folk singer Phil Ochs at least was honest enough to call out his fellow libs.

“I love Puerto Ricans and Negros,
as long as they don't move next door.
So love me, love me, love me, I'm a liberal”

Well look at that, @motorhead talking about honesty, but unwilling to admit his Taco Bell story was dishonest.

"Animal Farm", "1984" and "Atlas Shrugged" are excellent examples that show the problems with Socialism/Communism/Fascism, and you can also just look at countries that have tried and miserably failed.

Just remember, in those countries the political leaders who have power & control, and the strong supporters, live VERY well. the vast majority suffer "equally".

The best current example is how Venezuela took less than 10 years to crater, as well as Cuba. Canada ain't too far behind.

Asked and answered. Inflation is a complex issue. Not one person is responsible. But supply chain issues and too much macroeconomic stimulus did happen under Biden’s watch.

Is it entirely his fault? No, of course not. But as a fellow Democrat said “the buck stops here”

Not at all surprising. The libs of TUSCL have absolutely no intelligence nor desire to debate the censorship, cancellation, and punishment of free speech. Whatever happened to the ACLU? Instead, they attack the centrists, moderates, and right-thinkers of TUSCL who correctly assign the blame for this abridgement of our fundamental rights on the left. When the law is against you, argue the facts. When the facts are against you, argue the law. When both are against, you jump up & down, and call the other guy names.

Dude it's fucking crazy what they are doing in europe. In some countries over there, plenty of folks would get arrested just for the stuff that's been said on here. If we let it get to that point in the US, it's over.

^ Puddy Tat seems to experience episodic delusions.

One or two random stories are evidence of a widespread issue, LOL right. Classic right wing programming. And such weak examples too - mainly an effort to combat Covid misinformation, and a voluntarily made choice on the Hunter story.

The evidence for "free speech is alive and well" is right here on TUSCL, and a million other social platforms in the US, where people post almost any manner of thought and expression freely.

Please seek help, @Puddy Tat

@wld4testes is stealing lines from 25, who consistently steals from CNN and MSNBC most liberal shills

The list of tech companies and leftie media which have admitted to censoring Americans, kowtowing to the demands of the corrupt Biden/Harris Admin, and being derelict in their duties as impartial conveyors of information keeps growing. Twitter, NYT, ABC, CNN, MSNBC, Alphabet, and now Meta are admitting what the open-minded amongst us have been certain of for years- they are lying to us. Even worse, they help our government suppress the truth and spread disinformation.

A lot of people are pushing the argument that left or right, democrat party or Republican, we all want what is best for our country. If you support state-run media, government disinformation, and government censorship of speech and truth; then you clearly do not want what is best for our country.
