Was thinking about how most descriptions of mileage in reviews are either about how much the dancer touches/grinds or how much the PL can touch back with hands. But there's a whole other side of mileage with each other's mouth. It could be as simple as NLS (nipple licking/sucking) to DATY and BJ-related services. What kinds of mouth mileage have you seen and how would you rank it? like what's low or medium mouth mileage versus ultra high mouth mileage? And why do you think you've gotten higher mileage? Is it the type of club, is it a type of dancer, is it investing in building rapport before VIP, is it just dumb luck? I have definitely seen a pattern of getting more mouth mileage with ATFs because there is a sense of trust/loyalty/mutual relationship beyond a one-and-done deal. What have you seen in levels/types of mouth mileage ITC or OTC and what factors lead to it?

Of course it depends on the girl and the club, but in my experience kissing ( Frnech )is fairly common. More common than the other activities above. Of course it also depends if you are a know regular.

First, I have to agree that this might be the most TUSCL thread ever.
That said, I don't see why it has to be singled out. Most reviews I've read and certainly all the ones I've written include oral activities in their descriptions of mileage. Plenty of reviews talk about sucking titties or kissing of some sort.
As with most types of intimacy, I think its mostly influenced by what the girl is comfortable with. Obviously, a rapport and familiarity comes into play with more familiarity generally correlating with higher mileage. For me, I certainly find it worthwhile to spend some time with a stripper prior to taking her into a room. But a much bigger difference comes from repeat visits. I've had plenty of girls go from just barely doing enough to get me to come back, to being absolutely amazing over the course of a couple visits.
It's hard for me to comment on ITC vs OTC, as there is a lot of selection bias there. Any girl I invite OTC is going to be a girl who I either know is comfortable doing the things I like or at least I have a high confidence they will be. I can't recall ever seeing a girl OTC who didn't have a very similar level of limits to my own.
