In the context of a decent club with HM/VHM dances (more than 2nd base but less than FS), what do you think a “GFE” experience entails? Kissing? Holding hands? Laughing at your jokes? FOV? FIV? OTP? I’m not asking what you want it to entail, but what you've actually seen.
Maybe another weird way to ask the question is what separates a HM/VHM session that feels like a GFE from one that doesn’t?
Or when you have a ATF/CF, is mileage the only thing that increases or is there this other thing too? How do you describe the other thing?
Independent of the concept of mileage, is there another dimension of interaction that is missing that has to be qualified separately like this? What do you think?

I don't think GFE is really a used or defined term in the non-FS world. I also think that there is functionally no difference between a high mileage (but not FS) dance and a "GFE" dance that is also not FS.
However that being said as an escort I feel like the term GFE is already streched too damn thin over here, we don't need it meaning any additional things 🤣
The typical interaction of strippers with customers goes beyond GFE with an escort. Strippers are expected to make a few minutes of conversation for free, before asking for paid time. Escorts expect to be paid for all the time they spend with you. They may or may not be OK with it if you want them to role play a civie date. They are much less likely to be willing to talk about their background/kids/SO.
GFE in escorting typically refers to BBJ, DATY, kissing, cuddling, some chit chat. Some girls use it to JUST mean "girlfriend-esque conversation", but generally if you put GFE on an FS ad most clients will assume at LEAST kissing is on the table if not everything I just listed. I wouldn't say strippers typically do all of these things with every customer when they provide "GFE", except for certain clubs.
It's been many years since I last saw an escort, so maybe things have changed. I remember them telling me the typical client would ask for a discount because he'd say he only really needed about 15 minutes. Generally they'd assume you wanted your uncovered dick in their mouth as quickly as possible. Some seemed like they wanted you gone asap. But mostly they thought fast penetration was what made most customers the happiest. In my escort days I lived in places with LE lame enough to waste their time busting escorts, so the ads avoided any specifics, included in the "secret code" acronyms. You had to be careful about making assumptions about what was OK. Since escorts are generally more at risk than strippers, they are sometimes more scared to push back on customer expectations.
For me, a vital component involves communication! Being able to converse specifically in the same language!
I see GFE as an extended make out session with favorite/ideal girlfriend. Not as a complete checkoff list of "items". No "wham bam thank you mam" here. Just the overall feel/mood.
Simply asking for a "GFE" is corny as hell
I think everyone has their own criteria for what these terms mean so there’s no universal standard - much like the 1-10 rating scale. For me, GFE pertains more to OTC than ITC, and might involve elements of conventional dating, like drinks, conversation, and making out prior to sex.
HM, VHM, and UHM are ITC terms. HM is standard high mileage. Whatever the club typically allows. For south Florida that would involve FIV and ITP play during a lap dance. VHM would take HM beyond the club norm and might involve HJ to completion, DATY, or mutual masturbation. UHM is ultra high mileage, which is when you walk out of the lap dance room thinking “I can’t believe that just happened”. Examples of this would be when she slips you in for a little uncovered FS, or gives you a BBBJ with CIM, or makes herself squirt. BTW, all of these examples have occurred in the not-so-private lap dance room of Cheetah Hallandale (FL).
Because at my last performance review (which was a surprise to me because we haven't done one in years), my only criticism was that I don't do enough self-promotion. In an effort to alleviate this, allow me to re-post my rubric as a shameless attempt at self-promotion:
This is how I use it (in order of increasing sex act):
(note: you don't need to hit all the bullet points, if one of these is a good chunk of the dance, then your dance falls into that category)
NO MILEAGE
LOW MILEAGE (on lap for all)
STANDARD MILEAGE
HIGH MILEAGE
ULTRA HIGH MILEAGE
