Apart from the very assertive dancers you reference, my view is that well before anything gets pulled out, you will have explored the scope of the girl's willingness to do things. In the civilian world it's called foreplay. If she stops you somewhere along the line -- don't kiss, don't touch my tits, don't touch my ass, don't touch my pussy, etc., etc. -- then you know you can't go further. If she keeps going, then you can keep going. I don't whink that I would ever just "whip it out". Anywhere I have found that there was a possibility of any "extras" the dance always takes the lead, at least the first time. This is very situational. In a club known for extras but with a girl that does not know you, I have found that making the first move is an "ice breaker". My general rule in this situation is to unzip midway through the second dance, assuming she has given signals such as simulated HJ or BJ. My experience has been if the action has not esculated in the second dance that extras are not going to happen.

In a club that may or may not offer extras, I will may a move to unzip, but be sure she sees what I am doing and has a chance to abort the mission.

In a club where extras are not likely, I wait for her to make a move. There is no reason to risk being asked to leave (or worse) in this situation.

Of course my favorite situation is similar to one that recently happened. After having VIP dances with a couple of other girls, an attractive black girl asked to sit with me. Actually 9 years ago "extras" weren't nearly the club standard like they are today; I can certainly see a case for a dancer being surprised/upset by such a thing in the late 90s.

Since I don't have anything to pull out (!), I leave it up to the dancer to decide if she wants to start digging around down there. I always let her initiate the action...I would never be so brash as to just grab her hand & ram it down my pants (although I've been tempted on many occasions).
