Every review of every club describes air dances, cops walking the floor, VIPs that don’t touch … WTF?
The last time I went to the Cheetah the girls were attractive but the experience was more of restaurant/club than a strip club. I keep hearing tales of how the Pink Pony used to be - are there any clubs inside or outside of the city that are worth your time and money anymore?

I've never been clubbing in ATL. If it is indeed better than Pompano Beach I need to put it on the bucket list.
@Nobadygtyu South FL is probably better than Atlanta. I just don't consider Florida as part of the SE U.S.
I never understood the hype about ATL strip clubs. Bunch of fat broads that dudes make it rain on. Even the non fat clubs. Overpaying for average ass stripper.
ATL will never be better than South FL. I wouldn't waste my time ever in an ATL strip club.
Ever since Follies closed I've been more into JAX (FL) than ATL.
2 nude clubs. 10+ bikini bars. Extras at dance prices no VIP upgrade. Not as far as South FL.
Your money goes farther not only in clubs, but also at restaurants and on hotels.
Is there still good 2-way on the floor at Vivide? Still full nude on the floor?
Almost all black and white dancers at Vivide get full nude on the floor. It's rare to see a Cuban take off her bottom.
Contact depends a lot on the dancer. They don't like the new rules either. It's hurting their money. Regulars, like me, do better. VIP is where it is happening.
Prices are better than Florida. Problem is finding the right girl for you. I personally pass on the Cubans and I don't go to make it rain clubs.
If you're not into urban dancers (i.e. black & latina), then Atlanta is "dead".
However, if you ARE into urban dancers (mainly black), then Atlanta is the most LIVE place to go.
If your preference is white dancers, then you have limited options.
The reason folks on this board talked up Atlanta so much is due to one club (Follies). That one club literally propped the image of Atlanta being "live".
Since urban dancers are my thing, Atlanta is, by and far, the best!
i agree with @iwantheronme. Atlanta still has the highest mileage clubs you can get in the South. The only exception may be Florida. I also side with @ww, Atlanta primarily caters to Black and Latina Strip club enthusiasts. They have good White strips clubs, but they are lower in number and generally push for bigger spending. Tattletales (a darling on TUSCL) charges more than the average ATL club for VIP and it has a more strict policy on clothing (basically office clothing).
I've never been to Follies (is it even open anymore) but Vivide, Blaze, the recent O of Atlanta, Goldrush Showbar, etc. are all awesome.

yes they still have full 2 way contact at Vivide on the ground floor (especially at night). I didn't see anything more strict save maybe a few more security guards at night. I'm not sure how day shift is at this time. You can still get whatever you want, but it's basically more VIP focused.
There are two types of PLs:
A lot of dancers seem to prefer the 2nd type, even if it means they make less money. I don't have a lot of experience with Atlanta. Vivide Saturday day shift has attractive dancers who cater well to those wanting good lap dances. It seems like, at other clubs, you may have a hard time finding a dancer who doesn't avoid those wanting lap dances. Too bad the cops picked Vivide to fuck with.

You looking primarily for #1 - you go to the club during the day You looking primarily for #2 - you go to the club at night
It's not as good as it used to be but is still better than any where else in the SE U.S.
