ITALY AND THE 10 SECOND RULE

i scourged all over the 'net to see if this was some kind of joke but it appears that it's for real. this is just fucking insane!!! it's ok to grope if it lasts less than 10 seconds? so is it legal if i grope for 8 seconds, take my hand away for a second or two, and repeat this sequence for as many times as i want?

Italian courts are nuts. I wouldn't count on getting away with it.

I feel like any rule this specific is going to inevitably get ignored. It's just too impossible to enforce. This is like the "two feet on the floor" rule that you hear about in the US sometimes, and these rules always get broken.

I also feel like, why would one go to an Italian strip club when there's FKKs just on the other side of the alps in Switzerland?
