Anyone else see the "ring of fire' eclipse?

Just a few glimpses through the clouds here in western Oregon. Beautiful 😍 though.

No, but I looked outside this morning and thought there were clouds coming in. I was wrong, the eclipse made it less sunny out for about an hour.

Yes, saw it very well. Start, middle and end. Amazing how cold it got during it. Not a cloud in the sky.
Held two #7 shade welding lenses together to made a 14 shade. Grandkids loved it.

I've gotten that from habaneros. It would take a mirror and some contortion to see it. I was never that motivated.

We had a partial eclipse here. I also used a shades for cutting torches to protect my vision. Didn't look like more than what it was - a disk moving in front of the sun. It did not get cooler in Florida, though, it was incredibly hot and muggy. I think I've only ever seen two total eclipses in my life - I was a kid in elementary school and barely even remember the first occurring in the 80s, and the one my adult life was hazy from thin, high clouds.
