Sorry, this is more than not being able to handle liquor. I have personally been, and have seen many people, totally shit faced, and this is not what it looks like. You do not say the 'N' word, and do not piss on the sidewalk in front of a bunch of people, and do not attack multiple strangers. I'd have to go with rattdog and call this mental illness lubricated with alcohol or drugs. No way she wakes up the next day and is "normal."
