Gold Club Centerfolds in Sac on Monday nights. It's their audition night.
Millstream in Maryland on certain Wednesdays will have them announced at certain times but it’s really just an audition night. They’ll also do auditions randomly and iirc those are often on Wednesdays too even if not promoted as an audition night. Nothing really amateur about it just some new girls though you might see a baby stripper’s first stage dance.

I remember those from long ago. I enjoyed them and miss them.
That's a good place to meet a sugar baby. But you have to talk to them.
The Hustler club in St.Louis/Washington Park does (or did) their "honey search" on Wednesday evenings. They didn't run it every week, and didn't always have (all) new/amateur dancers. I've been there when it didn't happen at all, and when they've had at least a couple of the performers being already working dancers. But I have also seen dancers that looked new/amateur. I think the last time was pre-covid. They still advertise their "honey search" Wednesdays, but I don't know if it actually still happens.

My experience with them in general is limited, but it lines up with what From said. Mostly dancers from other clubs.
Can people give some more information? like the city and state? much appreciated. I would love to see what the deal is like having never been to one.

Sunnyvale Brass Rail used to have amateur nights. They were good.
Some time sit was combined with the wet-t-shirt contest.
A lot of women just looking for P4P dates would come in to.

First Wednesdays at Creekside Cabaret in PA.
Millstream just posted they are doing an amateur night Oct 12. Last one was Sep 21.
Cabaret in Peabody Massachusetts. I haven't been to one in years. The amateurs are dancers from other clubs, plus maybe an actual amateur who shows up by mistake.
