Personality disorders, Cluster B prevalence

Monday, August 15, 2022 9:40 PM
One of the famous veteran users on here once commented that strippers and escorts have a higher prevalence of cluster B personality disorders because their desire for money and power is strong enough they’re willing to manipulate, let random men grope them or have sex with them, and even straight up steal or scam money. What causes this, is it just a rough childhood? Are the best, most successful strippers and escorts the ones who score highest in these cluster B personality disorders? Cluster B includes things like narcissism, bipolar, histrionic, sociopathy and psychopathy. People with these disorders can be very dangerous. They can be manipulative, and violent. When I take this into account some of my interactions make more sense. For example some dancers seem to be massive control freaks. Always controlling everything. Some of them seem to always be on a power trip, always trying to one up you. What does it mean being a PL and dealing with a group of people who are disproportionately psychopathic, sociopathic, narcissist, etc? You always have to be on guard? Always wary of manipulation attempts? When I think of some of my previous interactions, I can clearly see a lot of these cluster B traits represented. Its possible the ROB’s have even more of these traits than the standard honest OTC girl.

After reading some of the comment threads on SW and r/strippers, I'd say that there's definitely a number of dancers who are sociopathic or narcissistic, and bipolar wouldn't surprise me as well, and yes, ROBs would probably be more well-represented in that group. As for what a PL should do in relation to that information... exactly what we do. Don't pay up front, be willing to say "no," to attempts at manipulation, and understand that what every dancer sells, at the end of the day, is fantasy. She may like you as a person, but I guarantee that she's more interested in the contents of your wallet than your witty banter and sparkling personality.

Public Service Announcement (PSA) BigThirdEye is just cacaplop trying to swamp these forums with repetitive, stupid questions, either via his own threads or crashing other threads. But, as always, take a look at his posting history and judge for yourself. If engaging with his inane posts is fun for you, then go for it. Otherwise, don't think you're answering sincere questions. ~ [view link].Ishmael ~ April 29, 2022 “In this world, shipmates, sin that pays its way can travel freely, and without a passport; whereas Virtue, if a pauper, is stopped at all frontiers." ~Father Mapple via Herman Melville's "Moby Dick".

Tallman some of the forms of manipulation can be tough to detect. You might not realize you were manipulated until after you’ve paid for a dance or well after. An example of this is, a dancer tells you that you can touch her pussy in the dance. Or she tells you, you can play with her nipples in the dance. You get a dance, and she only lets you touch pussy for a few seconds. Lets you touch nipples for only half the dance. If you aren’t specific down to the letter, you can basically get scammed by a dancer like this. And the thing is, why would you want to be specific down to the letter? It would be weird, IMO, to specifically ask how long of a time period you can touch something for in a dance. If it’s a 30 minute dance the assumption is the rules remain the same throughout that dance. This isn’t the case with every dancer.
