Buffalo: It's Time to Ban Guns
I've always loved guns. Me and my buddies used to like to go out and shoot in the woods so we could feel manly and compensate for our small pps.But after seeing this massacre in Buffalo, we'll folks, I'm sickened. Literally crying right now.
I know what the Constitution says, but the Constitution is not a suicide pact. Letting people just go buy guns leads to the deaths of innocent women and children. Now I see that only insane people want to buy guns, many of whom will accidentally or purposefully kill themselves or a family member with them.
So the Constitutional argument is moot. Besides if the Supreme Court could end the constitutional right to abortion they can do the same to ban guns.
In my opinion there is nothing more important right now than a strong federal gun ban. It is time.

"Besides if the Supreme Court could end the constitutional right to abortion they can do the same to ban guns."
Think you and your small penis better take a look at that document.
Minorities and women are the fastest-growing segment of gun owners.
1. Get the states to vote to eliminate the 2nd Amendment
2. Appoint 5 Justices to the Supreme Cory who are willing to ignore the Constitution
Now, I call BS on aptly named sideshow claiming his love of guns, again, BULLSHIT!
Your post literally reads like an anti gunner manifesto right out of the progressive playbook. Your preamble doesn't come close to covering the bias you show after it.
Yes these mass shootings are hard to take but when you consider the millions and millions of gun owners that exist mass shootings are a tiny percentage in the whole scheme of things. I understand that fact doesn't offer any solace to people that lost family or loved ones but nevertheless it is still a fact. Punishing the millions of legal law abiding gun owners for the sins of a tiny minority is an emotional response but not a fix. It's impossible to contain all trouble makers in a free society and the last time I checked we were still a free society although people like bob are always all for abolishing and chipping away at those freedoms and there are always politicians that would love to accomplish that.
Comparing an absolute constitutional right to abortion is laughable, there never was a constitutional abortion right.
I could go on, maybe I will some other time but for now I just wanted to address the BS preamble of aptly named sideshow that shows his true colors of hating guns and always wanting overly restrictive gun controls for everyone because society let another loon fall through the cracks.
First, there is such a massive amount of guns in the U.S. right now that even a total gun ban would not have much of an effect for several years. So, the near-term ROI on a gun ban is questionable at best. This ignores the reality that there's a huge population in America that just will not surrender their guns, and in some regions it's questionable that LE would enforce such a ban.
Second, what is normally proposed in gun control measures (like an assault weapon) ban barely touches the weapons used in over 90% of the gun crimes and accidents occurring across the U.S. daily. If you really want to reduce the number of people who die via shooting, then assault weapons are actually not the weapons to address.
Third, taking away assault weapons will not stop mass shootings. The shooter at the Washington Navy Yard several years back did just fine with a pump-action shotgun, which is a weapon that you will *NEVER* get banned. If someone is determined to kill a bunch of people, there's more than one way. What we should address is the desire to kill a bunch of people becoming such a driving force that it slides over to reality.
The mass shooting in Buffalo is horrific. We do need to do more in terms of addressing mental health, radicalization (and not just political/religious), as well as the rules around gun acquisition. And by "do more" I mean spend money and pass laws to make real change happen. There is a lot that can be done that would be more effective than an outright gun ban.
Third,
Gun Rights: Explicitly established in the Second Amendment
Abortion: Not mentioned anywhere in the Constitution or Amendments
Most people learned about the Constitution in Middle School.
Did you not make it that far ?
The most effective gun control practice is stop-and-frisk at the street level, with minimum sentences. That gets guns out of the hands of criminals. But, Chicago and other blue cities prohibit this.
Enlighten me. I could use a good laugh.
I know that you're just stirring shit, but that's not true. I am against gun bans, but I'm also completely against repealing Roe v. Wade.
I don’t know what the answer is I’m against banning guns but I think there’s been 191 mass casualty events just this year, something needs to be fixed for sure.
By the way, the firearms industry is $20B a year, of which most is police and military, compared to a $19T GDP.
Industry lobbyists my ass. Congress is scared of millions of Americans who vote, whose specifically enumerated rights are written in plain language.
I think you meant to type:
"I don't have facts so I'm going to call you names."
If banning guns saves even one life, it's worth it.
Another BS feel good liberal talking point once again going against his starting sentence in this thread. I see no further need to comment on anything else sideshow says. He lied when he started this thread but you guys have at it. Lol
Also, you people love the bible so much, what about "thou shalt not kill"? What are guns but killing machines?
You people probably think you're like Jesus cause you like hanging out with prostitutes.
The solution ? Take guns out of the hands of law abiding citizens. That’s the ticket !
As if you needed further evidence that this is a troll thread.
Like some home invader is going to sit still for an interview as to why he broke into your house.
On this off chance this was real, sideshow_bob's friend deserved to get blown away, and his survivors sued for the cost of the broken lock/window, the cartridge(s) used to stop the threat, and emotional damages.
Let's apply it to other things. Anti abortion laws won't stop abortions.
Took you guys long enough. LMAO.
Too bad he didn't mention support for Trump because he would have had FBI, SWAT and half of the 82nd Airborne decend on him within 20 minutes.
The reality is, most of the victims of mass shooters are actually people of color.

FACT!
And how did the homeowner know that? For all he knew your criminal buddy was a murderer, rapist or both. You break into someone's home you take your chances.
Here in the enlightened state of Florida the Castle Doctrine is in full force. We don't have to give the creep a warning or the right to retreat. When someone breaks into an occupied home here (especially with the high level of gun ownership) he stands a good chance of leaving in a bag.
Here's the interesting thing about Buffalo: no one cares. They're trying to turn this into another anti-white media event with all the Replacement Theory talk. They sent Biden to Buffalo today to stump. But no one seems to care. My libshit friends and family haven't even mentioned this. A few years ago this would have been a Charlotesville level event, but now: no one cares.
The lefty juggernaut is stumbling. This is amazing.
