    ^ Before he was trying to be a Rockefeller Republican up here when he ran for governor, then curry favor with Rush Limbaugh in 2012. Massachusetts, then Utah. Watch the pattern of his career. Stop deflecting to the "Republican right" and you'll see a clear pattern.

    Mitt Romney learned about the Republican Right I think it was 62 or 64, when his mother ran for a Michigan US Senate Seat.

    Romney identifies with the Republicans, but not with their more extreme and irresponsible side.

    And of course the party activists and the primary voters are more from this extreme side.

    ^ As it should be. I might not be a fan of Sanders, but he's stayed remarkably consistent throughout his career and I respect that. Romney wants to look like a maverick, instead only looks like he has a finger to the wind.

    But you know who I hope we can agree on? That little worm Lindsay Graham. Thundered about the evil of Trump in 2016, now sucking his dick. Another one with no principles whatsoever.

    Lindsay Graham seemed visibly shaken when Trump pulled the troops off of that spot on the Syria-Turkey border.

    Romney is trying to be a sensible conservative, and that is probably how he sees his father.

    But the Republican Party makes this impossible, as Mitt found when his mother ran for the US Senate.
