People who are being targeted that way need to learn to defend themselves. There are warnings, and serious warnings. If the party is in a place they should not be they should be advised that they must leave, or submit to citizens arrest and lie face down on the floor. But if they refuse this then severe violence is warranted.

People respond to stress, rejection and denigration in different ways.
If someone is being targetted with the Autism / Aspergers Hoax, a parentectocmy will usually be required, and legal redress will also be required.
And anyone being so targeted also needs Martial Arts and Military Commando Training, as life is unfair and being born into a war, you won't like get through this life without having to kill someone.

No, there is no such thing as autism, so there is no justification for any response whatsoever.

Any allegation of Autism, or of anything like that, is a form of bullying. And if it were done in the work place or in a school, that would certainly be tortious harassment. But it seems to be only a Keyboard Koward affair. This is the only place I have found people who talk about it.
One of the ways that the middle-class family defines itself is that it selects and hires its own doctors. It doesn't do like the working-class does and use public clinics.
So the doctors who cater to the middle-class use a business model which meets their needs.
The reason I know this is from the Milan School of Family Systems Therapists. They show how things are different for the middle-class versus the working-class

The kinds of child abuse perpetrated by the working-class get prosecuted because they are so easy to detect. But with the middle-class it is different. They know what the laws are, and so their abuses always revolve around doctors of one sort or another. The doctor's licensing makes it impossible to prosecute.
And while doctors are most certainly subject to mandatory reporting, and the public clinic doctors do comply with this, the doctors in private practice do not. Private practice doctors would quickly be out of business if it became known that they report.

It is important that outside authorities intercede. The doctors should be doing this as they are mandatory reporters. But as private practice doctors serve at the pleasure of the parents, they don't. The doctors back up the parent by perpetuating the autism hoax.
