Do you remember the movie The Cheyenne Social Club?
“Cowboy John O'Hanlan (James Stewart) is surprised to learn that someone's left him a business in Cheyenne, Wyo. He sets out to claim it with his friend (Henry Fonda)-- and is shocked to discover that it's a brothel. Madam Jenny (Shirley Jones), who runs the place, is dismayed when O'Hanlan wants to close it down, but his plans are derailed when he finds out that a local customer has beaten Jenny. He kills the man in a shootout, and then must protect himself and the girls from the dead man's vengeful clan.”
Yes I remember it and liked it. I am a fan of old westerns. I recently saw "Stage coach" and was surprised to see Bing Crosby playing a drunken doctor.
I have not seen this movie, but it is set in the 1980's and it is about a radical increase in house revenue and it seems to be about someone getting involved in how the girls conduct themselves like never before.
I suspect that this is the tale of how DeJa Vu invented the Modern Clip Joint.
Dv isn't a clip joint. It's a chain of well run clubs. I've never had a problem with one and girls love working there. You're more likely to find an amp that's a clip joint
It's only in the English speaking countries that they still care about enforcing the prostitution law, and none like the United States.
Strip clubs are an American invention, because of what our law prohibits, and because of what freedoms our Constitution protects.
So, because of prevalent views it was thought that strip clubs needed to be no touching.
But then in the late 70's Jim and Artie Mitchell introduced lap sitting.
Now there have also been loosely run strip clubs in some places, and when there is no close monitoring these quickly turn into brothels.
So in comes Deja Vu, when much of the industry is going to brothels, and especially in a place like San Francisco.
They take over a club, and as I think this movie shows, they get more involved with what the girls are doing and make them strictly limit the front room interactions. They make the girls operate as a combined force, instead of competing with each other. And then with no front room makeout sessions what does happen in the back room is largely a scam because the girl has not psychologically opened up.
The DV approach works only when there are not loser clubs they have to compete with. Experienced dancers run from DV because they don't want to work in an environment where the bouncers serve as pimps and get a cut because they have to be greased to let the girls go over the official limits. In the raunchy clubs the bouncers are for security, not to act as pimps.
And AMPs are just what they appear to be, no con artistry, no scam.

And don't worry, the guys in my organization can hang out at our temple. You can telecommute and do other things from there.
It's not a retail strip club, but the women make it look just like one. And they'll take care of you how ever you want. Drained dry 365 days a year.
